Hello connie how can this kind of terrible tragedy happen .What were they thinking of to leave him at home in his state of mind with those lovely children and his poor wife .My heart goes out to the ones that are left behind to lose 1 person is heart breaking but to lose all of them i dont think i could cope with it . I would not like to be him after all if he does recover from his mental condition he will have to live the rest of his life with what he has done it will prey on his conscious all the time i dont think eneyone would be able to cope with it do you. god bless. sheila.
But there is just no way to predict that anyone--even with a history of mental illness--would do something like this. Was this is in your area?

Sorry to hear this news Connie..you hear more & more each day on the news about a family member going berserk & taking it out on their family
On a different sad note..this family recently woke up to find their trailer in flames-the couple was able to get out safely with their 2 year old child,..but they couldn't get into the room with their other 4 children

Amos, to loose 4 children in a fire is so hard to deal with. A real tragedy.
I hear so many stories on the news latley about someone killing a family member or someone shot in a drive by shooting. When is this all going to end. I guess never right?

It is the 4 th time this year that a mother or a father kill there own family and there selfs....... The mother jump infront of a train. And dads shoot himself...

We had a recent incident here in Toronto where a man, pissed off at his ex-wife, decided to teach her a lesson. He kidnapped their five year old daughter, went to a highway overpass, dropped the little girl over onto the road below, then jumped himself.
He died. The little girl, miracle of all miracles, survived, and after a few weeks' stay in hospital, is home with her mother. She doesn't remember what happened... thank goodness.

Thats sad Connie i remember seeing it on my news..all i can say about the father is that he was an gutless wonder its bad enough shooting his wife and kids..but shooting himself is an cowards way out...that goes for females too...this world has gone bonkas..

There is a apartment complex where the owner refuses to turn on the air conditioning yet,so the residents have their windows open. SOmeone got into one of the apartments & sexually molested a 5 year old girl

Story on the news last night about this family who had a LOCKED pool fence but their little 2 year old girl got underneath it & drowned
