Yep, it matters. It's gross, seeing a grandpa doing the nasty with a teenager (or someone who looks like a teenager). (I don't dare go any further with my thought because this is a PG-13 site and even I will get moderated.) It also devalues older women, as if a woman past a certain age hasn't got anything to offer (we see this in movies all the time, by the way, and I'm getting fed up with it).yudansha said:Does it matter if they are very young?. On the other hand, Steven himself has said women over the age of 26 are too old for sex, so I guess that's why all of his female co-stars of recent films have been such tender young morsels.

I just object to the whole May-December match up. It's not just sex - it's the idea in the movie biz these days - Steven's personal predilictions nothwithstanding - that only the very young women get the good roles in films. Women over 40, for example, always play moms. Or discarded wives. Why not have a woman over 40 in a good action movie role? Is that so unbelievable?
