Has Steven got spray on hair

Now I love Steven's films (his old ones anyway), but is what DMX said about him is looking true.

I noticed his hair was looking a bit weird from Ticker onwards, perhaps Steven is paying the price for having his hair tightly pulled back for years. And he is getting on a bit.

I fully expect the wrath of Suziwong and Lotusan for this comment, but it had to be said.

Who cares Steven got spray on hair. Too many people using these kind of things !! DMX  !!!! My God !! He is not acceptable person for me !! Who cares DMX !! Not important what he said about Steven !! He crapped!! He is talking !! Pohhhhhhhhhh!! We saw what happened DMX !! God knows everthing !!

I prefer Mr.Seagal with a pony-tail. This is my personal opinion. But not important ! I love Steven, with hair or without !! He is always handsome and always AWESOME

If you watch Above The Law, it is perfectly clear that his hair is thinning considerably. However, in his next movie, he miraculously has a full head of thick hair! Awesome! To me, you can only draw one conclusion from that - he has either had a hair transplant, is using a hair weave of some sort or has discovered the elusive cure for baldness. Not that it matters that much, as he still rocks, and who can blame the guy? In the self-centred world of Hollywood movies, you have to have hair like Pierce Brosnan just to be considered for movie roles.

Glimmer (full head of hair... for now)

Yeah, I noticed that his hair appeared really thin in "Above The Law" and then thickened considerably with every passing movie. He definently suits thick hair but as much as his pony tail suited him in his earlier roles I wish he would just keep his hair short at the back like he had it in "Under Siege" and "Exit Wounds". To me the pony tail is a little dated looking now and as for mullets........

Just my opinion.

Peace.

So what did DMX have to say about his hair (among other things)? (just out of curiosity)

Anyway, first, it's his weight folks were whingeing on about, now it's his hair <sigh>. Me, I don't mind one way or the other, although I do prefer the ponytail rather than long and loose down the back.

I know guys older than Steven whose hair is much longer. And, so what if he got a weave or transplant? His hair is one of his trademarks. Samson had hair issues, too, and look what happened to him.... (biblical reference, for those not of Judeo-Christian persuasion).

First of all I have no doubt Steven has had transplants or something like that, because yes his hairline was dramatically different in the second movie vs. the first...Personally I liked the ponytail a lot, it's part of his persona, but then again I went head over heels for him as he was in Exit Wounds...If he uses spray on hair then it looks damn good...I personally wouldn't care if he were bald...
I'd be more than glad to help him with his grooming regime in fact...;) Speaking of Pierce Brosnan, well...He is HAIRY all over and it's kinda gross in my opinion...I mean too hairy is...
I dunno, just overwhelming...DMX is obviously not a very nice man to be pointing out all this crap about Steven...Fact is I don't care about his hair, I care about HIM, the whole package...So he's got faults so do I, and so does anyone...I think he looks just fine...And I do mean fine...:D Well, you already know what I think...

DMX is a fine one to go on about hair with his chrome dome! Although it's not in fashion, his ponytail always looked good and suited him. We ALL get older. He can't look that way for ever.;)

Well, what it looked like to me in Above the Law, is that in the "younger Nico" sequence in Vietnam he had full hair up top, and "older Nico" had somewhat thinner hair up top (although, if you watch carefully, he's got thinner hair in some scenes and thicker hair in others, in the last two thirds of the film.)

As for thinning on top, I was thinking more along the lines of a "natural" samurai look, myself.:) :)

Suzi,
I could never forget that! He is truly awesome, and I adore, him sooooo much, always....:)

Disciple, you really made me chuckle...However Steven is very spiritual, maybe he really does personify the Buddha in some way...:)

TD, I dunno about all that nico stuff, but the samurai thing is quite interesting, I have thought he was my own personal samurai for a long time...:)

And, let me say that I absoulutely adore Steven just the way he is, he is sooo sexy, and charming! And his hair looks just fine to me...Maybe when I finally meet him I can give him a real nice and very sensual scalp massage, that sounds rather stimulating, and I don't just mean for him, either....:D ;) :D

not sure what people mean by his "receding hairline" in Above the Law, he looked like he had a full head of hair in that one.

I think if it is true that he's losing his hair, then yes he should probably do something about it like transplants or whatever. The slicked back black hair is part of the Seagal "look". He'd look pretty damn strange bald. :D

He would become the personification of BUDDHA.

You mean he'd be sat there with a chrome dome and a pot belly?Lol.;)
