I don't give a damn about his weight, I just hope he isn't feeling bad or anything...
I'm sure it was a sad time for him...
I am still very concerned as he does look pale...:(
I like his hair tied, but it's fine loose too, I love the waves...
Maybe he just needs some extra TLC...
I soooooo wish I could be the one to provide it for him...
I know how stress takes a toll on someone, even when the stress is there for very little reason...
I have a lot of anxiety which stresses me out...
So I do know....
Thanks for the info on purple, but is the jacket purple?
Sometimes it's pink sometimes purple sometimes burgundy...
It's my favorite...:)

Serena, your photo is amazing...I think the color must be off in the others...I am soooooooooo happy about this, eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, Steven, I missed you so much, baby! I am glad to see you!

You're right, Lotus. It's quite obvious HE'S not pale--it's the lighting. As you can see from my picture where you click the link, the color is the way it should be. He looks just fine in that one. :)

Shouldn't we then put those in the gallery? Because those don't have the words across them either...We should put them all there...Yahoo has some too...

It doesn't matter, all that matters is that he was seen! I am so thrilled...So happy...:)

News from Steven...Thanks God!

I'm so sorry for Ray Charles. Great musician and very special person. May he rest in peace!

Steven is a very polite man and his presence at funeral showed how compassive human being he is. Very well dressed in his purple mandarim coat! I'm so proud of him for this attitude!

Thanks Suzi and Serena, for the pictures. How is good to see him again. He looks tired and his face a little swelled. I worry for his health.

Anyone ever had jet lag? Been on a plane for 10-12 hours, sitting, retaining water, your feet and fingers bloat up, under your eyes bloats up, you look and feel tired and haggard. Been there, done that. Maybe Steven went through the same thing. It's possible.

Perhaps that it is the religious reason.

Res.Dog you deleted your post ... lol why

I was trying to edit the post, cuz the grammar didnt make sense, but then i decided just to delete. I had gotten my idea across anyway. Good eye, i deleted the post only a few seconds after your reply to it. :)

That is a very likely possibility. Steven really didnt look as good as he did in other recent photos, but like you said, it was a funeral that he flew to probably from Asia. Not a photoshoot. Anyway, glad to know where he is and keep tabs on his status.

I was with Steven last night (Thursday). We were at the Foundation Room in West Hollywood. Maxi Priest was playing. Well, sort of. Maxi hung out with us until probably 10:30 pm before finally making his way on stage. A mutual friend of ours invited Steven to stop by. Other than looking a little heavy, he looked great and was in good spirits.

Wonder what happened to his "official" site.

I don't think that could be the explanation. That's not how one pays their respects.

I agree Yudansha, down south you see so many different
types of dress. Some see death as a celebration, going
home to your creator.

Dad says he saw him on CNN and he looked fine...
I missed that, Shucks!
It could just be jet lag...
I'm not kidding, I sensed he was lurking here late last night, it's weird but true...
I felt him this morning too, and my mood was very good...
Call it weird if you like...
My parents think I am so what the heck...
As for dressing for funerals, in Korea the families wear white...
And there are etiquitte rules in Emily Post for what one should wear...
Ray's funeral was more of a celebration than a mourning as they decribed the mood of it...
I think Steven was marvelous, humble and just being himself as always...
To me he's divine just as he is and despite the pallor
(which I believe was only the bad lighting in the first few photos) I am so very proud of him, as always he was so understated, so respectable and dignified and I simply adored seeing him, FINALLY...
I'm really so overjoyed...:)

Heather, those are Tibetan prayer beads...He usually always has some with him as far as
I know, sometimes it's a bracelet/wrist type...Sometimes long ones are worn wrapped around the wrist, and sometimes worn around the neck when not in use...Just holding them in your fingers is a source of comfort...This one looks like a wrist one, maybe made of sandal or rose wood, and I believe by the position of his fingers, he is using it to count silent "prayers" just as the picture was being taken...I am positive his get a lot of use...I am sure he prays for all of us...Isn't that something? And I pray for him too...:)
