You have different kind: sushi, sashimi or maki. Some are just (non cooked)fishes (sushi) and the two others are with rice, you've got the fish in the middle and the rice is aroud. It served with a japanese"moutarde" (in french) called wazabi (very strong). It's tasty. I like eating japanese stuff.
Maybe someone else has a better answer.


Oh i almost forget, you have to eat that with asian sticks of course

I went up to the sushi bar at a Chinese/Japanese resturant where I live. ....uh..it didn't look appealing to me. To each his/her own. I know....I am a chicken. oh well...bawk, bawk. I will stick to the food I know I like.
