Private training with Seagal Sensei: A Tenshin Dojo member only training will be conducted in May 2004 at Seagal Sensei's home in LA. This training is open to current Tenshin Miami, Orlando, and St. Louis dojo members. Black belt testing will be conducted that weekend. Candidates from Tenshin Miami are Juan Carlos Gonzales, Dimas Infante, and Abraham Caballero.

Steven Seagal Seminar in Miami: We're currently in the planning stages for a seminar with our teacher here in Miami sometime in 2004. At this time we don't have a firm date to post due to Seagal Sensei's heavy filming schedule this year. Sensei will be on the road for nine months this year! I spoke with him last night (01/26/04) and he said that he would love to come to Miami and conduct a seminar. The last time we had Sensei scheduled for a seminar here in Miami we got hit by hurricane Andrew the weekend before the event!

From what I understand, there are no cameras allowed at the seminars held at his house. Maybe there will be pictures from the Miami, one, though, if he makes it. Travelling 9 months this year - yikes! Isn't he supposed to be attending something in India in April? Maybe Craig could start a "Where we think Steven is and when" schedule item on the index page!

hihihi !!! !! Good idea !! He is going to India for Bollywood at March if I remember correctly !!!
travelling 9 months !! Not easy !! it is very bad for his health I believe. Different wheather, different pressure, aircrafts, etc.. too bad huh ??

He must allow some cameras, as these photos and many others in our gallery would indicate. Per Suzi's notes, these were all from his home. Maybe it's just the official "press" type cameras he won't allow, those who would want to make a media circus out of the event. And I don't blame him a bit for not allowing that.

And Suzi sorry, I cant go either hes quite serious about Black belts I dont have a white one..not in Aikido I do have 2 from Black in TKD but somehow I just don't think he's gonna accept that.

Yes Aikidonna has seen him and shes been to the testing, most of my contacts are through mail and sec to attorneys etc..and their e mails I would be more than happy to let him see my writing again, I have to anyway but remember hes the same with me as he is with his students if he wants something changed it's changed cause he doesnt budge much. If he said that needs to be changed to this or that well thats his option, action work decisons are his where he wants them etc..

I just hated to hear the word decline thats a pretty serious word and one he wouldnt appreciate any more than I did, I was saying I have known him a good many years to be able to write words so it sounds like hes really thinking that its a skill believe me and not an easy one as you could imagine how individual Steven is as compared to any other actor hes one of a kind thats a fact and he has very unique requirements for his personality I wouldnt consider for anyone else.

But despite all that I still cant go to the testing seminar ..I would love to see his place it looks very peaceful naturally thats his persona so it would be right? But Thanks for thinkin of me..
