out of the blue with our wild imaginations...
I would rather assume he is just fine for the sake of my peace of mind...

Oh, the dubbing.

Well, I don't think asthma explains the really awful dub that was clearly someone trying to disguise a heavy accent to make it sound American (and the complete non-synchronisation of mouth movements because he was talking faster than the dubbing voice could go).

It's a good theory; I don't buy it, but it's a good theory, nevertheless. My ear tells me otherwise and it's a very good ear for picking up such things, but then, you only have my word for it, so the evidence is, at best, empirical.

We won't know unless he tells us himself, and that's not likely to happen.

Let's just leave it at that.

It's really best not to speculate...
I agree that there were definately a few times where I thought it was not his actual voice...
We may never know why they did it, maybe he didn't even really have anything to do with it, but I'll be sure to ask him if I get that chance...
Maybe I'll even let you all know, if he gives me permission to do so, that is...

There's nothing soft and soothing about asthma. Anyone who thinks that should try holding their breath for at least half an hour.
And before anyone gets bent outta shape by my comment....I should know... I've been asthmatic since infancy....not fun.

I just meant that to me his voice is soft and soothing...
Of course I don't know what it sounds like during an attack, but I am sure it can affect the voice...
My grandmother had it very badly as well, but I was never around her during an attack...
She was rushed to the hospital many times when my father was a teen...
It can't be fun to be gasping or short of breath, I'm sure of that...
Poor Sensei, if he does have it I feel for him...
He seems to do fine most of the time, that's good...

Girl it´s alright

He really has a beatiful voice, how anyone can wonder if it really is him singing is beyond me. I would recognise his voice anywhere. I really hope he gets the time to actually put out a CD or two with his music. I play Girl it's alright everyday at work, I have it playing in the background over and over again, as I am online the whole day.

I listen to it in the van, when I am at home, and any where else I go. You would never think that was him singing because his voice is very different from his talking voice.
