Ummm this is for the girls ..I was wondering if there is any herb that i can take for that dreaded time of the month..I have asked my doctor and he only gives me painkillers and iam sick of taking tablets.I take enough as it is?...At the moment iam in extreme pain and not to mention feeling yuck!!..Maybe one of you girls might be able to help me ....Thanks Heather....

I used to be like that and all I did was lay down with a heating pad all day.
Don't have that problem anymore since I had my first boy. It just seemed to stop all that pain. Now all I do is look for chocolate around the house.
