Well, I'm glad to hear your meniscus isn't torn, Pantera. Do you take an anti-inflammatory? I can't remember. Wish you could rest it a little more, though. Is that bus strike still going on, causing you to do all that extra walking? Since it's what you really want, I do hope your teacher will let you back into aikido lessons.
You really seem to have missed that. Good luck with that, and be careful.
thanx fo worrying, serena.
No, i don't take any anti-inflammatory and wear no bandages. The bus strike is over since last thursday. So since thursday, i've got buses and have less problem with my knee.
Still, i've some pain with soe movements but the doctor said i will have pain for couple of months.
I don't wanna take any longer break . The sport season is over at the end of this month which means that i've got 4 or 5 more lessons. After that, the club will be closed for 2 months. I will have to months for my knee to rest.
There's just an aikido seminary at the end of August where we normally go.
So today, i go back to my aikido lesson. I called my teacher to ask him if he agreed. he said ok 'cos' i had a paper from the doctor.
I really missed that 'cos' it helps me to forget for a while all those sad feelings i have. It helps me to calm down when there's something borring me. I need to practice sport for my mind and my body.
i'll try to be carefull. I've some bandages with me if i feel that my knee need some support.
