Loading isn't the problem. It loads just fine. I can run the small-screen version without problems, but the bigger screen version, after it loads, plays without sound, and that's where I get the error message about the missing plug-in.

Maybe uninstall your Quicktime now fully and download and install it again...

Both play fine (with sound ... unless I mute it )
