uummm ... carrot cake ... got a smashing good recipe for one if I can find it will post it tomorrow ... it has (carrots!), pineapple, coconut, pecans and a lethal glaze made with sugar and buttermilk that soaks into the cake ... or one can use the traditional cream cheese frosting ...

It's been the only thing that will work, to cut down my portions...
Sometimes I am not so good, unfortunately....
