Are you on a weight loss diet?
Do you avoid anything?
If so, why?
I am vegetarian mostly, since thanksgiving (except, I have had clams twice)
And considering eating meat again for my health (very distraught at this idea, though) but all this thinking just made me curious as to what all of you are eating...
So share if you like, you know what they say, you are what you eat, so I figure this is good way to get to know you all better...
I have lost five pounds this week. I started to panic because of the "see food" diet. Now?....nothing sounds good. Not even chocolate or pasta. I wonder how low I can go? first to 130...then my next goal is 120....Lollipop said:Still stuck on that see food diet! Panic is starting to set in, swim suit season around the corner! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amos Stevens said:Well if the swimming suits have shrunk-you could go for that old fashioned type of suits that went down to the knees
Oh, no need to stuff it.Amos Stevens said:OK we get to stuff food down Serenas throat & keep bad food out of Heathers!!!!
