From a nurse's eye--and I'm actually pretty good at guessing :D--with his height of 6 feet, 4 inches, I'd say right now he's easily about 330 pounds.

For the rest of the world, that's about 150 kg., or 23.5 stones. :D

I don't think he is that heavy Serena. I mean the Pride FC and UFC fighters are huge but they don't weigh that much. I am guessing Seagal is around 265 lbs.

I reckon that's probably more like it. I'm 6'0" and a little over 200lbs. Seagal is 5 inches taller than me and looks far far heavier. I think 23 stone is a little over the top though!

LOL that's not a very good guess guess! A friend of mine is about 5'10 and weighs well over 220 but he's built like football player. Huge! Seagal is "huger." :D Much bigger! I would say AT LEAST 280-300. What an interesting debate. Where's Seagal when you need him at moments like these? :D

this conversation is a hoot.

My step-father is about 6' 3 and 350lbs. He make Mr. Seagal look skinny....or husky...not fat. My husband is 6'4'' like Seagal...but he is only 205. looks more like Mr. Seagal did in Under Seige or Marked for Death.
