I find it very difficult to understand how an (FBI agent?) could ever
"speak up" for the mob!
Just because they come out in 3 piece business suits calling themselves "honest businessmen", doesn't mean they are any less dishonest and dangerous. Besides, at 63, I've heard all this bull before! I see no difference in these "people" now than they were 30 years ago!
Oh! MY! They invest much time and money to help the poor?
Dirty money is still dirty money. If you lay down with dogs chances are you'll get up with fleas! I think you know what I mean!
If it is your wish to patronize these "people", that is your affair
and completely up to you. But I must tell you that it really angers
me that I happen to be one of those tax payers that pays your salary, if indeed you do work for the FBI!!
Just look at the "Teflon Don", John Gotti! He was very generous to many people and gave much to the poor but that doesn't change the fact that he ordered many killings. He was about as evil as they come. Your "friendly neighbor hood businessman"? With the emphasis on "hood"!
Tell me, just what did you expect when you signed on here?
This is a STEVEN SEAGAL web site! We will defend him regardless
of anything you might have to say!
Defend Gotti and the rest of his crew? NO way!!!!!!!!
Stay if you wish and welcome but please don't ask us to try to "understand" these warped minded people!
God bless,
Mama san
You are more then welcome to your opinion but I fail to see how you being older then myself makes you more educated on matters that I have worked with up close with for over 20 years.
I in no way was pro mafia in my statement, however I find it amazing that you gather opinions from TV media and news papers to make a statement. Yes there are mafia members who define crime, but to make a statement such as you did was very one sided. Let me ask you, how many of them have you spoke to? How many reports and cases have you seen?
And yes I'll agree dirty money is just that, but in the long run would you rather see a young kid lose the chance to go further his/her education just because the money was not made from a 9-5. Or would you like for a family to have hard times when a father gets his job cut.
Money is money, no matter where it comes from. Unlike people it's worth does not fall because of its background.
Also you are welcome to doubt that I am what I say. But I do infact work for the FBI, I sit at a desk 90% of the time and go over files. I'm not looking to make my self look important, infact half the time my job is boring. However I have sat in on a large number of trials where I have learned this simple rule "An opinion is only as good as your knowledge on a subject."
And what did I expect here? I expected people who are fans of Seagal but don't act like he walks on water.
I'm a fan, I watch his films, it ends there. I don't care about his personal life, he is not a friend of mine. I'm not a teen fan who looks up to actors and singers.
My question for you though is this, how can you be so sure that Steven Seagal is this great innocent man you see him as?
Do you know him? Were you there when these events went on?
Sadly you saw my statements as pro crime. I guess that is what comes when a person doesn't agree with you.
So if you took my statement so wrong I'll make it simple. I made an attempt to educate you on a subject where I saw you had some stereotypical statements that I have seen many times.
One of my main tasks in law enforcement is to make sure the facts are heard over the assumptions.
So take this how you want.
