When i say that he did'nt really know her I mean he knew her as being Kelly's friend and someone that she knew but they were'nt carrying on a relationship while he was married to Kelly. Kelly has never said this either by the way..
Oh, and Kelly was the one who named the baby Arissa and not Seagal.
Did you ever see the Larry King interview?
I know that Seagal is not perfect and especially when he was younger he was very cocky and pissed a lot of people off in many ways. I also believe he had mafia connections and I believe there is a lot of truth to a lot of the rumours but then again there are a lot and in this case most of the bad rumours nowadays about Seagal is just the press trying to bury him and get back at him and will publish anything bad about him..You hardly ever see and hear about all the good things he is involved in and he has changed so much from his younger days.
I liked him a lot more when he was younger-thats what made me a fan. He was a true badass and a lot of people did'nt like him or all the secrecy and curiosity surrounding him. There was another martial artist that was kinda cocky in his younger days and for good reason--Bruce Lee/
No, I didn't see the Larry King interview, but you have to consider that Steven had to make himself look as good as possible, from a PR point of view. Without confirmation from Kelly about any of his assertions, we only have *his* word for it, and if Kelly's not talking, there's no way to know if Steven was telling the whole truth. He might be telling the truth insofar as *he* wants people to believe is true - that doesn't necessarily mean it *is* true. People rationalise and delude themselves and others for all sorts of reasons. And it must have really pissed him off that Kelly dumped him, since he usually is the one doing the dumping. And the best reason in the world for Kelly to dump him - he was screwing the nanny. A leopard doesn't change his spots that easily - there's no reason to believe that Steven wasn't following his usual pattern getting involved with one woman before finishing with another.
The point is, the press would probably *not* be continuing to take potshots at him if he didn't set himself up as a target. It doesn't take a lot of effort to behave with grace and dignity. It's pretty clear that he doesn't give a rat's ass about behaving with grace and dignity, so his complaints about the press giving him, well, bad press ring pretty hollow to me.
And, I suspect, they don't report on the "good" things he does because he doesn't do anything good. And, besides, he's no longer a "A" list actor in Hollywood anyhow; he's passe, as far as they're concerned, of no interest whatsoever, except to ridicule.
