“Dark Rainbow”
Story By: Joshua Davis
At the cemetery somewhere in Rochester, New York, the camera is at the coffin, moving slowly toward a man named Jack Craven. Jack is a tall, dark, handsome guy, dressed up in a black shirt, tux, suit and pants. He has black hair, dark brown color of eyes, smooth skin, shaved, and his hair is done in some spike style with mousse. He is standing there, staring at the coffin where there are several different kinds of flowers laying on the top of coffin.
The camera continues moving slowly toward the priest from Jack. Then it continues moving away from the priest to show the people who attend at the funeral. Some people especially women are crying, filled with tears and in despair as along the sorrow theme music is playing and it stops when the priest starts talking.
The priest say, “The time has gone by, this is the time to end but the spirit of love does not die in our soul. It stays there.”
He pauses and continues, “Leanne Craven, a wife of Jack Craven, gave her blessing in her soul that she loves her husband very much.”
He stops talking for a moment and continues, “This is not a perfect world, and we all know that. Love does not always make our world perfect but to create a strong connection of each other to keep our souls alive. The word of love is extremely powerful but nobody ever really understands what a love really meant. Love is a feeling of unspeakable but you fall for someone that you really want to spend a life with. Along with that, love is always harmful because at times, you couldn’t give up what you really want or want to be with someone who you are really close.”
He stepped down and letting Jack speak, the music resumes. Jack walks onto the position where the priest stands at and stands next to the priest. He is crying and keeps clearing his throat to try to handle his sorrowfulness and the music stops.
He says, “I completely agree what the priest says about love. I have been betrayed about love before especially in my friendships that I had from before including relationships. I’ve never been in love before until I met Leanne and I saw something in her that I knew that there was a strong connection going on but I didn’t expect it to happen too soon. What I believed that it’s wrong to fall in love too quickly, that’s how things screwed things up. I have seen many of that in my experience but that doesn’t mean that I experienced it but like the priest said that nobody is perfect, either am I. I had done some wrong choices in the past and everybody makes their own mistakes. The only thing is that not too many people learn how to forgive and accept others for who they are especially when it comes to the truth. I had bad experience of going through that especially from my mother. At some point, she can’t accept for admitting the mistakes that she or I made. It drove me mad because that’s not part of love. Part of love is to forgive each other especially when you trust someone that you’re really close to and accept the mistakes that they make. People do need to get another chance to make up the mistakes that they caused. Some don’t but I don’t really know because love is so complicated. How can we create a perfect love? No one really knows. Love touches when someone feels a click when it comes to your eyes, heart, mouth, appearances, and more importantly personality. People have their own differences.”
He quiets down and shuts his eyes for a little while letting the priest do the prayer. After he gets done, Jack continues, “Think about what’s the definition of love is. I will always be with you, anywhere you go, your soul stays with me. I love you, Leanne.”
He starts crying then the priest gives him a hug. The priest whispers to him “May the soul be with you, Leanne will always be with you even inside your heart. Love actually never dies only if you love her truly.”
The camera pulls away from the coffin as when the people are starting to walk away then sweeps toward Jack slowly when he walks over to the coffin and kneels down by the coffin. The music begins to intensify. The outside is raining and people have their umbrellas up when they walk out from the funeral.
Jack has no umbrella on him and he is kneeling on the grass by the coffin, gets all wet and is crying. There is one woman standing by her car, she is watching Jack weeping over at the coffin. Her name is Cheyenne Mann. She gives that snotty, two-faced expression like she doesn’t care for Jack as her friendship.
Cheyenne is few inches shorter compared to Jack, has light brown hair, blue eyes and has the appearance that beautiful and seductive look that could easily kill. She is wearing a tan pants with a black turtleneck sweater on.
Few minutes later, Jack finally stands up and says, “I’m going to miss you but I will see you again in my soul life. I love you.” He shuts his eyes for a minute, trying not to cry more but he has to cry. He finally stops crying for a little while when he begins walking away from the coffin. The music changes into a suspense theme.
The camera is following Jack’s back leg while he’s walking toward his car however he sees Cheyenne and he gives that disgust look at her. The music ends.
Cheyenne says in a sweet and soft voice “Jack...”
Jack looks up at her when he reaches to his car and says in a small snarl voice, “What?”
“Why do you have to be this way to me? I’m your friend.”
“Am I your friend? No, it doesn’t look like a friendship to me, anymore.”
“Whoa, take it easy, Jack.”
“You’re telling me to take it easy? Who in the hell you think you are? Know that, you have betrayed your trust, that’s why we lost our friendship.”
“I have betrayed my trust? No, I didn’t.”
He becomes little more agitated and says, “Yes, you did. How many times do I have to go over this again? You’re such a damn whore, don’t you know that?”
“I’m not a damn whore! By the way, who just died?”
He rolls his eyes and says, “See? You don’t even hear things out. That’s why we lost our friendship after you got married.”
She becomes silent and not knowing what else to say.
Jack says, “There you go. You don’t have anything to say. I just need to know something, why you wouldn’t even understand what a friendship is?”
“I know what a friendship is!”
“No, apparently not.”
“Why would you say that?”
“I’m not going to repeat myself over this. My friends have ****ed me over this. Do you know why? Because they were too busy worrying about their own relationships and worrying about keeping themselves out of boredom. It wouldn’t involve you but I’m just saying it from my own experience, you know that already.”
“You had your reasons and I have my own reasons too.”
He scoffs and gives out a small laugh. “You have your own reasons? Not when you were with guys.” He says.
“Not when I was with guys? That’s a lie; I never did anything with them.”
“Okay, I still don’t believe you and I’m not going to fight you over this piece of crap. You had no reason to come up to see me to talk about something.”
He gets in the car and left quickly without saying anything more to Cheyenne.
She shuts her mouth, folding her arms and standing there on the road. She watches Jack leaving and she gives that disappointed expression on her face because she needs someone to talk to and Jack refuses to hear her out.
Later at night, at Jack’s house, downtown in Rochester, he arrives at his house and goes in the house. In the house, he feels down and extremely tired from his grievances about his wife’s death. He walks toward the couch and collapses on it with his feet up on the arm of a couch. He takes his shoes off slowly then takes a pillow and covers his face.
Sorrow music begins playing as when Jack feels confused and lost because of too many things happening in his whole life. Betrayal has been happening in his life at the whole time and he hates that. He finally goes sleep.
Few hours later, he wakes up with his head down and is staring at the picture of himself and Leanne when they got married. He moves his head back and stares at the ceiling. He gives a sound of sigh and says, “What is Cheyenne thinking? Why did she come to me earlier? Well, I think I better leave.” He stands up then begins packing his things up and ready to move back to Los Angeles.
The next morning, Jack has all of his things out of the house and stand at outside of his house to take a last look of his house with his memories. Then he gets in his car and leaves. The camera pulls away from Jack’s car when he leaves and continues moving to show the full location of where his house is at.
Later in that day, in a conference room where the President of the United States is having state of union speech, he is discussing about current economy that is improving and also dealing with today’s world.
He says, “In conclusion, many things that we have right now in America are improving and I will make sure of that we are trying to make the choices wiser to help to support our freedom and get what we need to support our system.”
He walks off as along the camera turns toward one United States Senator and follows him, the suspense music begins playing.
This Senator’s name is Joseph Long, in early forties; partially shaved light brown hair, hazel eyes, usually has some red color on his face from being in very stressful situations and is about 5 foot and 8 inches tall. He is walking down in the aisle through lot of people from the press and doesn’t say anything about the comments as along the camera begins following him.
Down in the aisle, the music ends, there is lot of people screaming, some of them are protesters and supporters including the press and Mr. President orders one of his secretaries to make a statement to the press so the press could shut up. Personally, he hates press and always tries so hard to avoid them.
Joseph continues walking and takes out his cell phone because it is ringing which catches him off-guard. He says, “Hello, Senator Long speaking.”
The caller is using a distorting voice and says, “Joseph Long?”
“Hold on one second.”
Joseph puts his phone on hold and whispers, “****.” The music resumes but with very light beats this time.
He keeps trying to get away from those crazy presses so he can take the call. Finally, he finds and goes in a phone booth inside the building and answers the call.
“Ok, I’m here, what do you want?”
“Joseph…I know you want to have a plan on killing the President and Vice President so you can become President. But you have to do it on your own to get that chance.”
“Yes, of course, I do. I am aware of that and what can I do about that?”
“My advice for you to get what you want is to follow what I tell you.”
“Tell me more about it.”
“I have arranged a meeting for you to meet someone and you will have your chance but you will have to do whatever it takes. But it's all in your head.”
“What? Whatever it takes? What the hell?”
“You’ll figure it out, you can start that from there and you will know because it will happen there.”
“Setting up to meet two women at a hotel and I should expect to know where to start from that place, is that what you’re saying?”
“Yes, you’re set to meet her at night a week after today at Four Stars Hotel in New York City.” Then he hangs up.
“Wait!!!”
Joseph closes his eyes, then opens his eyes and keeps staring at his cellphone. He is trying to figure out what he would able to do, clears his throat then walks out from a phone booth and continues walking to meet President of the United States. The music ends.
At the White House, in President’s conference room, a place where he works with his paper work and stuff like that, Joseph knocks the door and enters the room.
The President says, “Yeah, what do you need, Joseph?”
“Just making sure everything is all right here because I have to go home for few weeks and it is an emergency. There are few things that I have to do.”
“All right, I’ll have someone cover for you and go ahead, take your time off.”
“Mr. President, thank you so much and I will see you in few weeks.” He leaves the office.
Few hours later, somewhere in Virginia, the camera is moving around the location and continue following toward two vans that are in motion on the highway. Cheyenne and her husband named Isaac are driving in one of those two vans. They are on their way to pick up their 2 daughters from a college in Baltimore, Maryland.
Isaac has black hair, goatee, full-rounded face, skinny, only few inches taller than Cheyenne but not as tall as Jack and tend to wear formal clothes. He has been married with Cheyenne for nearly 25 years now and they are happily married ever.
In Baltimore, Maryland, the camera moves down from a street light toward the door of a van when Cheyenne and Isaac arrive. There are several people helping their children to pack up to get ready to go home for the summer. Two daughters named Danielle and Melissa Mann.
Danielle is 24 years old, has light blonde highlights along with brown hair color but it is curly and is about same tall as her mother- Cheyenne. She has hazel color of eyes, has a similar resemble of Cheyenne such as beautiful and seductive can kill. Several guys fell in love with her.
Another daughter named Melissa; she is 21 years old, is blonde, has straight hair and is about 3 inches shorter than her sister and mother. She is more of a science geek, has some kind of preppy style in her and unlike her sister, she has a secret style in herself that no one even really know that she is really prettier than Danielle.
Both of them run out from their dorm building and hugged Cheyenne and Isaac. Then they go in the building to collect things to go home for the summer.
Couple of hours later, Cheyenne and Isaac are back on the road, returning to home in Virginia. Danielle is with Cheyenne and Melissa is with Isaac. The camera keeps moving toward Cheyenne’s van and goes directly to the front window.
Danielle says, “Wow, this year has gone by pretty fast and I already have plans for the summer. Hey mom, aren’t you supposed to go away for few days sometime next week?”
“Yeah, I’m going to visit my friend in New York City.”
“Who’s your friend?”
“Ashley Hutchison, you barely know her. Last time you’ve seen her was when you were a little girl.”
“I am not sure if I remember her or not. What about Dad?”
“He got a call two days ago and he has to go out on business tomorrow and he won’t be back for couple of weeks.”
“All right, Mom…I want to ask you something.”
“Yeah, sweetie, what is it?”
“What do you really believe about being in love?”
Cheyenne exhales and says, “What do I really believe about being in love is knowing the person that you love and the one who is always be there for you, no matter what. You see, I just like the fact that seeing the one who you love that gives you a natural high. A true love is something really special and a very precious thing. Not a lot of people can find that.”
“Oh, I understood your perspective about love. Something about what you said is a little different than what I believe about love.”
The camera zooms at Cheyenne’s face slowly like giving a sign that Cheyenne knew that something was up about Jack that her daughter might have met him already. Cheyenne says, “Really? I would like to hear that out.” She makes it sound like she needs to know because she admits that she did make mistakes about love in her past and she knows that she hasn’t found what a love really meant and Danielle didn’t know that.
Danielle says, “I don’t need your advice for that, I only asked you that question because I wanted to make some comparison for myself based from what I learned through from my experience and also from few lessons in one of my classes that I took when I was in college. You know, they offered a course about love, friends and relationships that you can get some ideas and tips to make things better for other people. Do you know Jack Craven?”
The camera moved toward Cheyenne’s eyes and she seems surprised and shocked then she says, “Jack Craven? You asked me if I knew him.”
Danielle says, “Yeah, why are you giving that surprise look on your face?”
Cheyenne gives out a small laugh and feels like she doesn’t know what to say but says, “That name actually came out of blue but I knew the name and I don’t know him. So what about him? Is he your guy or something?”
Danielle smiles lightly then laughs and says, “No, it’s not what you are thinking. I have a boyfriend and he lives down the street from our house and we’re still together. Anyway, Jack Craven is one of those people who usually go to different schools and make a speech about it. It was very interesting because there are so many things that people could encounter for their relationships. He is a psychologist who can talk about tips and advices on friendships, love and relationships.”
“Oh? Yeah.” Then she laughs and continues, “Yeah, I’m sorry. I’m totally forgotten about your boyfriend that lives down the street. He is such a sweetie and totally cute!” she exclaimed but psychologically, she wants to have sex with her daughter’s boyfriend and she doesn’t show it to her daughter her true inner feelings.
“Yeah, he is but he’s the one for me. We’re connected to each other, not only based on lovemaking but only with our soul and things in common with each other and I love him so much.”
“Yeah, that’s good to hear that.” She is actually starting to feel guilty about herself.
“Weren’t you going to say something about Jack Craven?”
“Well…umm…not that I can think of but I haven’t thought up of someone like him being a psychologist to teach something about love and friendship. But I just thought, it is pretty nice to have that and where is he from?”
“Yeah, it’s pretty nice to have someone come in and discuss about those kinds of issues. He’s from Rochester, New York. Didn’t you go there about a week ago?”
“Yeah, I did. I went there to see old friends of mine that I knew when I was in college out there and I had a good time.”
“Something just came in my mind; do you really love my dad?”
“Yes, of course I do, why do you ask?”
“Well, because I didn’t think you guys are getting along that well anymore but it’s ok to tell me the truth and I’m your daughter so you don’t have to hide anything from me. I said that because I know you lied to me about Jack Craven. He was one of your friends that you had when you were in college. I know you do really need to find a good friend or someone close that you can talk about things to. Right now, I’m an adult and as of being your daughter, I would love for us to get along by telling each other the truth and still love each other as family. I love you, Mom. I wanted you to know that, no matter what because forgive, truth and admit each other is part of love, not only for a special person that hits you right on the face for your feelings. It counts part as a family.”
Cheyenne seems surprised how her daughter actually knew a lot more than she does and she begins having watery eyes because the words that Danielle said to her actually threw on her face knowing that she made several mistakes about love in her past but there is one idea that she comes up with is betrayal.
She wants betrayal to make up for mistakes that she made and says, “Gosh, I’m so lucky to have you as my daughter and you actually woke me up but I’m telling you that I still love your dad and we’re not separating or anything like that but I appreciate hearing that out from you that you want our family to forgive each other about the mistakes or anything like that. People can get upset but some of them don’t accept or some do and it’s really hard to get that though. I never actually thought up of anything like this when I was your age but I did realize it when I was getting married.”
“Mom, it’s all right. I understand what you were going through and I love you. You might not be a perfect mother all around but this world isn’t that perfect because everybody do anything pretty much, some of them are stupid or not so basically, I don’t care because I forgive.”
“Thank you, Danielle.” As when she starts crying a little bit and continues, “Yeah, I lied to you about Jack but I’m sorry about that though because I didn’t want to think about that past because it’s over and I love you, too.”
She smiles as along Danielle smiles too. The camera pulls away and continues moving toward Isaac’s van. In the van, Isaac is driving and Melissa is sitting on passenger’s seat.
Isaac says, “Melissa, I want to tell you something.”
“Yeah, Dad?” as she is not paying attention to him while she is playing with her cell phone.
“I’m going away on business tomorrow and won’t be back for couple of weeks.”
“Yeah, all right.”
“And your mother is going away on a trip to visit her friend in New York City in next two days so I want you to make sure things are ok at around the house.”
“What about Danielle?”
“Forget her; she’ll be busy with Tim so I know that she won’t be around that much over the summer. She is starting to have a life on her own at this period and you know that you’re the last daughter of the house so I’d like you to do that for me, please.”
Melissa gives a desperate sigh and says, “All right, Dad, I’ll do that. Dad…why is my mom keep going out of state and visiting around?”
“Uhh…well, I honestly don’t know because I am getting this feeling that we’re not getting along that well. I loved her so much but she seems like she’s not getting what she wanted.”
“What does she actually want?”
“She hasn’t admitted anything to me that much lately but I think something is up though. Gee, I don’t know if I can say this to you because it’s a personal love relationship that I have and I didn’t think she really understood what a love is. I tried to help her out to understand it but I knew she wouldn’t hear it out. I tried to accept the fact what she did in her past which I did but it appears that she keeps doing it now also.”
“Dad, I think you better go talk with my mom about that when you have a chance. I know you have been busy going out on business trips which is part of reason why my mom is going out on trips to visit her friends. But I know it’s hard to feel that way but I think maybe it’s because you two are beginning to lose trust in each other and not forgiving each other, maybe it is a problem but you guys really need to talk to each other. You had your beliefs about love and I have my own beliefs too.”
“Yeah, I am considering on doing that when we get home and also raising two daughters and a son in my family really gave me a new perspective about life and love. It has more meaning than you’d think. Being a father is the best thing in the whole world that I can be and it gave me an impact to realize that I have so many different choices that I can follow for in my life that I want to ahead for.”
“You’re a really great dad, you know that and time just go by. Unexpected things can happen and life is always hard. I have seen different girls who kept complaining how hard their life is, it made me sick because it showed me that they didn’t have a full understanding of what a love and life really is meant to them. They just want to create something so perfect and GOD! I hate it when I hear something about that because they should know that no one is expected to be perfect, people make their own mistakes. I’m just glad that I’m not one of those types of girls like that.”
“Falling in love is very addictive and harmful.”
“Yeah, I know. I always have wondered what my mother usually does and she seems like she’s pretty nervous when we were around her, it seems like she is missing something in her life.”
“I understand what you’re saying and unfortunately, I can’t tell you that. Your mother has gone through hard times.”
“Why can’t you tell me?”
“Because it’s something that I can’t share you with but I only can share you with my experiences that I can go through with something that you can learn from a guy. Your mom has to be the one who should be telling you this.”
“Yeah, I know that and it just seems funny to me that my mom just got afraid of saying something about love and stuff like that. It sounds like she had done something wrong but I could tell that she won’t admit that she did something wrong in her past.”
“Life is all about betrayal, friends and love relationships are all part of that but it won’t occur only if you have done things right.”
“I just hate betrayal. I just wanted her to know that I still love her, no matter what, if I know the truth.”
“Truth is the biggest thing of all so is forgiving too.”
The camera pulls away from the van and showing the location.
In Virginia Beach, Virginia, the two vans arrive at the Mann’s house as the camera move and swift slowly as the two vans are parking on the driveway. The house is kind of big for a regular house which has 3 floors and a basement. It is in suburban area where there are neighborhoods around.
Isaac, Cheyenne, Danielle and Melissa get out from the vans and start unload things out from both vans. A handsome young gentleman named Tim runs over to Mann’s house and begins helping them out.
Tim is 26 years old and has blonde hair, light blue eyes kind of like arctic blue color but it is very sexy color that attracts several girls easily to fall for him. He is wearing a white tank shirt showing his smooth and muscular skin on his both arms that Danielle likes to play around with. He also has a tan color shorts on.
Danielle runs excitedly toward him and jumps onto him. Her legs wrap up around Tim’s waist. Danielle and Tim are laughing and hugging each other because they haven’t seen each other for a while.
Danielle says, “Hey, my sexy baby!!! I missed you so much!”
“Here comes my beauty peach princess!”
Both of them smooch each other. Cheyenne stares at both of them and begins feeling jealous. She even bite her lips for Tim, she’s having a lust for him.
Tim says, “Hey Isaac, what are you doing? I’ll help you guys out to unload the vans.”
“Yeah, no problem then let’s do it.”
Tim looks back at Danielle and stares at her eyes and says, “I love you so much. Want to do something tonight?”
“Yeah! That’s what I am coming home for! But we have to get those things done first though.”
Then they all unpack things off from the van. While they are unpacking, Cheyenne keeps having an eye on Tim and trying to give him a seductive look so Tim could get an attention from her so he would come to her sometime for an affair but Tim didn’t get away from Danielle though and he did look at Cheyenne twice while unpacking.
Couple of hours later, in Los Angeles, California, at the International Airport, Jack walks out from the spinning doors in semi-slow motion with a taste of romance and revenge mixed type of music and continues walking toward a car and gets in.
In the car, there is a woman named Candice Picci, a very good friend of Jack Craven’s, she has long dark brown hair color, dark brown eyes, wearing blue jeans, a pink spaghetti drift tank top shirt with black leather jacket and is about 5’9” tall.
She says, “Hey Jack.” As when Jack gets in the car with her.
“Hey, what’s going on?”
“Not too much going on and I heard that your wife died few days ago and I am wondering why are you here?”
“Yeah, she died but can’t always expect the truth because I know Cheyenne will be coming to see me for help. Maybe I'll do my thing.” Then he chuckles and continues, “I decided to come here because I thought maybe I’d refresh things up and clean up my past everything about Cheyenne which led to Leanne’s death. Well, too much sick story going on especially with the friendships that I had that was so screwed up.”
“To do your thing? Heh. I wonder what that would be.”
Jack laughs and says, “You know what it is.” And he winks.
“Yeah, of course, you sexy *******.”
Jack smiles then smiles and says, “Tsk…I don’t think so. I’m not trying to play with you because I have my own morals about friendships and love.”
Candice giggles and says, “Yeah, I know, Jack. And we’re good friends to each other.” Then both of them give each other a hug then she begins driving.
On an expressway in Los Angeles, the camera keeps moving around the city to show location then move toward Candice’s car and Jack says, “Candice…Cheyenne showed up at Leanne’s funeral. I began to wonder why she did that but I think she wants something from me.”
“Really? Hmm…that’s really strange after you two haven’t gotten in touch with each other for a long time.”
“Yeah, I know and I wonder how she found out where I was.”
“Ha…she must be one of mysterious whores out there.”
“Boy…she much worse than that. She couldn’t get enough of her hole.” And he chuckles.
“A hole that can be placed on a dilido.” Then she begins laughing off-burst.
Jack continues laughing and says, “Man, I don’t understand those women nowadays. They’re just fall in love too quickly to get some sex or want to have a lover. But…hell we all know that sex is fun but it’s not the first thing that people should have in their mind especially guys.”
“Yeah, I know. It’s still remains as a mysterious psychologist thinking. It’ll be interesting to take a test out of it and find a way to change that but it’s difficult to do that.”
“It is. I’d love to try that kind of test and find the truth about sex. Consider that, it may be a mistake to come up with a thought about the affection on an opposite sex and they don’t look at each other’s personalities to find the connection of love and to create a great relationship. But it’ll be treated differently so anything can’t give an answer which is totally full of ****.”
“Indeed, it’s a full of **** but blame it on human’s nature and emotions but not all of it.”
“Yup, what a tough ****.”
The camera pulls away from the car and continue traveling through the city. A little while later, it moves down from a streetlight toward Candice’s car when she pulls in her apartment where Jack is living at.
Candice says, “Jack, you know…”
“Yeah?”
“There’s a guy that I’m totally interested in but I’m so unsure about him though and he asked me the other day to meet him at Los Pacific Exotic Bar tonight so can you come there with me so I can be sure that I’m safe when I bring a friend with me. So can you do that?”
“Yeah, sure. I can do that and also I was considering on going to a bar tonight with you, just to lighten things up for myself. So yeah, I’ll go with you.”
She smiles and says, “Good. I’m so glad that you’re here.”
Jack smiles back at her and say, “Yeah, it’s so nice to see you again since it had been a while since I went back to New York. I’m just glad that we’re close as friends after I met you through Leanne. But god, I really miss Leanne so much and my heart is not letting go from her and it’s because I still love her.” He begins sobbing lightly and continues, “I just wished that she’s still here.”
“Jack…it’s all right. I know how you’re feeling but I’m here. I missed her too. Remember this, your soul is still alive and she is in your soul, don’t you ever forget that.”
Jack sighs and says, “Yeah, thanks, Candice. Well, let’s hit it up.” Then both of them take Jack’s duffel bags out from the car and go in the apartment.
Back in Virginia Beach, at Mann’s house, the camera moves toward the house, continue moving through the window and there is 6 people sitting at the table for family dinner. Isaac, Cheyenne, Tim, Danielle, Melissa and Dominic are sitting together for dinner.
Dominic is a son of Cheyenne but is a stepson of Isaac. He has straight dark brown hair and shaved. He also has a small build-in muscle on his body and wearing white tank t-shirt to show off his muscles. He has blue eyes and a small goatee. He doesn’t have a girlfriend otherwise he is always busy with his work on construction like building houses and stuff.
Everyone sit down and begin serving their foods for dinner. They are talking endlessly and having a good time. Cheyenne stares at Dominic and gives him that “don’t say anything” look. Since Dominic knew where Cheyenne was coming from, he went through lot of things with her because Dominic’s real father left them for good with unknown reason.
Cheyenne stares at Tim and says, “Tim…I guess you’ll make sure that you take care of Danielle?”
“Yeah, I’m sure of that and why are you really worried about that?”
“It’s just nothing; I just wanted to be sure that someone takes care of her very well.”
“All right, I’ll be sure of that.” He smiles at her.
“AHHHH!!! I need another glass!” She laughs and runs off to grab another glass of wine. She stands still in the kitchen but releases her body toward the counter in the kitchen. She keeps thinking about one thing and she mouths to herself “I want to **** Tim so bad.” Then she gives out a big sigh and walks back to the dining room.
“How’s the food going?”
“Awful! This tastes like a stinky sea pussy smell!” Melissa yells.
“Cut it out! And grow up!” Isaac shouts.
“Whatever.”
“Melissa, remember what we talked about? Don’t threat your mother by making those comments. So just go now.”
Melissa gets up from the seat and slams the chair against the table. She yells, “Why don’t you both ever understand anything?!?”
“Excuse me?” Cheyenne says.
“Mom…I knew what you did in your past and I don’t like what I was hearing about it because you’re so damn dirty and I couldn’t believe that my dad married you!”
Cheyenne gets so embarrassed and feels so insulted but she cries at the same time. She says, “Melissa! SHUT UP! AND GO AWAY! I don’t even want to see you anymore!” She runs out of the door then sits down on the porch and sobs.
Melissa gives that small smirk on her face and says, “You have a weak heart and you’re not a strong person.”
Isaac yells, “MELISSA!!! YOU BETTER WIPE YOUR FACE AND SHUT YOUR MOUTH!! And why do you have to be this way?”
“Sick-perverted ****er.”
“Oh my god, why? Why?!? WHY!!!!” Then he slaps Melissa’s face in a big cannon firing-like way. Melissa’s body throws off onto the floor and starts crying. Isaac says, “How do you feel about that? You better don’t make that kind of comment to us anymore or we will have to report you to child support services for that kind of behavior. And…why do you bother being this way?”
Melissa feels so speechless and not able to think of one thing to say because of a big slap that her dad gave her. Then she runs away to her room. She slaps her bedroom door then jumps onto the bed, taking a pillow cover her body and starts crying.
Isaac walks out of the house and sits down with Cheyenne with his arm around her back.
“Feeling okay, baby?”
“No.” she says with heavy tears coming out from her face.
“Cheyenne…really, I didn’t really expect that coming. And you know…I am starting to worry about how our kids would react to this if they find out about your past.”
“I know and it’s hard to tell them the truth.”
“Truth is one of the biggest of all, you know that.”
“Honey, I know I’ve lied a lot in the past and I still am doing that now.”
“What do you mean by now?”
“Well, for one instance…to our kids and also I lied to Jack which that thing that never change.”
“They deserve to know the truth or if you hold onto that for long time then they wouldn’t feel loved for you anymore. By not telling the truth can hurt relationships and family a lot, I meant that…A LOT. Better to know the truth than nothing.”
“Yes, and I know I can’t hide the past that I had.”
“Well, Cheyenne…what else am I supposed to do for you? We’re married to be meant to each other and also I helped you a lot throughout to not ignore your mistakes that you made from your past but all I can say right now is that you haven’t changed one thing for yourself is to admit the truth, no matter what. Truth can always hurt people but they will get used to it because they can feel better and can find a way to get known each other better. In a way, who knows if they experienced same mistakes that you made but they learned from it so who knows? And also when someone admits the truth then they could either accept each other or not. I haven’t seen that from you yet. I’ve been patient with you and I have a lot of hope that you’d become into a better person only if you tell the truth.”
Cheyenne gives out a big sigh with heavy exhale then she wipes her tears off from her eyes and says, “Isaac, thank you for being there for me to support me and that’s why I loved you so much but I still know that I still have some things that I have to change for who I am because this is starting to make me feel so bad because I made that big mistake once and it seems like I’m making that big mistake again.”
Then she gives him a big and tight hug. They walk back inside the house. Danielle says, “Are you feeling ok, Mom? You know…I couldn’t believe what Melissa was telling you, which took out by a surprise.”
“Yeah, I’m feeling ok but I’m disappointed with everything about what went on in here.”
“I know, Mom.” She walks toward her and gives her a hug.
“I love you, Danielle. I won’t forget what we talked about on our way to here from Baltimore.” Cheyenne lets the hug go then continues, “I’ll take care of dinner, and you can go off with Tim and have fun.” Then she smiles.
“I love you too, Mom.” She gives her a kiss on the cheek then runs off with Tim.
Isaac walks toward Cheyenne and pulls her to have their bodies touching each other while they are hugging. Cheyenne smiles and says, “I love you so much, Isaac. I’m so lucky to have you in my life after seeing you understanding where I’ve gone through in my whole life and you accepted me for who I am.”
“I love you too. Yes, I accepted you for who you are. That’s part of love too. When we first met, I knew that you didn’t understand what a love really meant until someone came to you to show how much a guy really care about you and accepts you. And also I didn’t get myself freaked out about the mistake that you made because it was your honesty and I deserved to know the truth to make us understand each other better and find out what we really want for each other including in our life too especially our children.”
Cheyenne grabs Isaac’s hand and leads him upstairs to their bedroom. Then when they get to their bed and she pushes him onto the bed. She takes her shirt off slowly and leaving her bra on. She jumps onto him and begins kissing him slowly from his belly area to his lips as along while the camera is moving slowly on their left side toward the edge of their bed going toward to where their heads are at.
