Ok...for those who are worried that the new website is some dummy site possing as official...I went to the Steamroller site and clicked on the link, and it took me to the new website. I doubt that Seagal would have a link there to a fake site.

the amatuer web design which represents the learning stage of web-page layouts and functions , displaying of 'watermarked' photographers pictures(and even some pics 'squashed" with added experimental 'button' links going nowhere); links and info all taken
from various existing sources; the primitive bulletin board layout(which only function is the old CTRL+F search...which is basically useless due to all the repitious titles,etc, etc, etc.
any official site(genuine) is going to have it's own "original" data sources including audio,video and graphics and obviously some info that fans haven't seen before or even some inside news...and most likely hire a web design outfit that has something to offer...and not someone trying to start learning web-site layout
Don't get me wrong..I think it's great that people learn web design, but I find the mis-use of the term "official" not only to Seagal himself but to fans as well.
PS: just my own opinion...I was just getting somewhat "irritated" when I saw some posts here where some people were thinking that this was an actual "official" site.

PSS: on the other hand after seeing what became of the official site supposedly run by "his" people and the manner in which Seagal's promotion is handled(if any) anything is possible...I'm just at a loss as to if "his' people are trying to destroy him or help him.....
everyone can make their own mind up about this site..mine was made before the 1st page loaded and just viewing some of the source coding.

Thanks, John; you are the man! Call me Cassandra, but no one was taking me seriously - or anyone else who had qualms about the site.

You know, your comment about whether his "people" are helping him or trying to destroy him is a valid one. I hope he wakes up and realises what's happening, and soon, before he loses everything.

As far as I know, Donna had word from her contacts affiliated with Steven two weeks ago that the site would be open soon. Then she also received word yesterday or today from the same contact, in response to her email, that the message board was back up and running.

Other than that, I don't know if we have any other word from anyone "official", but I know we can take Donna's word for her email contact. If that's what she says, I believe her.

I am going to contact his personal agent at William Morris this weekend - see what I can find out. I only have his home number and the machine says he hopes to be back saturday. The so-called "official" site as a whole is an embarrassment, the message board is filling up fast with trolls, which is also an embarrassment. This is an awful way to bring back an official site, if official site this is.

I'd feel badly for Steven if a) I thought this was really his site and b) if I thought he cared, which, if this really is his official site, clearly, he doesn't.
