The worst part of the movie was the toddler sitting behind me that kept asking his dad every 2 minutes "Where is Spiderman?"
I will try again tomorrow to see Collateral, I'm not smart enough to buy my tickets in advance.
LOL Sorry to laugh--that's not really funny. But it reminds me of when my brother took his two young kids to see the Hulk. The people in front of him had a toddler who kept asking when the Hulk was going to come (I didnt' see it, but I heard it was kind of slow in the beginning). Anyway, he asked it so many times, the smartaleck sitting in front of them turned around and told the kid, "The Hulk ain't coming. He's dead. He got killed. Now shut up!" My brother said half the little kids in the area started crying or asking their parents if it was true. :D

Sorry you missed seeing Collateral, but it's cool you're seeing other movies! Not a bad way to fill in these temporary days of unemployment, eh? :D

Right now I'm watching reruns of the family guy. I love this show, I can't wait until the new episodes. If only they would bring back Futurama now to.

I just watched Family Guy before I came back online! I love it!! Here it's on at 11:00 p.m. Tonight was the episode where Stewie and Brian's hand/paw were glued together, and also Lois and Peter had a trial separation. That is some funny stuff!

And Futurama follows. I've seen them all sooo many times, yet I still watch them if I'm up and have the TV on. Tonight's episode was with Mom taking command of all the world's robots and demanding total domination. :D

One of my favorite hours of funny TV! :D

Serena, now that is really funny. Nothing makes me laugh more then children crying, lol. JUST JOKING OF COURSE!! :D I was thinking of saying something similiar to the little boy behind me. HAHA. I'm evil! :D

Unemployment Rules, that's my nickname on ICQ. I've seen everything in my local teather which features 12 films at a time, everything expect Collateral. I'm sure I'll see it tomorrow, I got nothing else to do, besides watch Big Brother, Lol

I've seen every episode of Family Guy (IE NO LIFE). I watched that episode of FG recently, I don't know why I watch the episodes on tv, because I have all the box sets. LOL

I bounced home 50 km in a Tata (small Indian made car) and then hiked o the market for some supper stuff. Met a friend who invited me home to eat with her family. Nice supper then stopped to read my e-mail (none today). and skimming the SS board stuff. Now I'm heading home (5 clicks) as it's up hill there ought to be a breeze and maybe I'll get some sleep unless another emergency happens.

I watch Family Guy and Futurama as much as I can. At least when I am not sleeping. It's on pretty late and I only get a few chances to watch them.

Clement I am so sorry to hear about your ear infections. I had one last year and I have no idea how kids can go through that pain. Hope you get better soon.

Clement--Sorry to hear about your ear infections! :( I hope you're on an antibiotic. They're more than likely from all the swimming you've been doing--very common. Try considering earplugs next time, okay? They may not be "cool", but they can save you a lot of pain. Feel better soon! :) My prescription: Take one more late night rendezvous and call me in the morning. ;) :D

That's so generous of you, Heather, volunteering your time like that. :) I'm sure the gardens have brought smiles to many patients, thanks to you. And don't forget to eat, girl! You know not eating is just as bad for a diabetic as eating. It's wonderful that you're helping others, but don't forget to take care of yourself. :)

Okay, okay. Nurse lectures over for the day.
For now, anyway. :D

Hope you feel better soon Clement!

Heather-that is great that you're doing volunteer work! Now who is going to hold her down..who is going to hold her nose while we pour in some food?

I'm just hanging around, between doing all kinds of stuff around the house, waiting for people to get here so they can vote! Craig has generously provided the opportunity of voting on the fate of the Off-Topic threads, so get over there and vote! :) This is more important than the Mountain Dew commercial right now. :D

Thank you Amos, Serena and Kathy. :D I'm feeling a lot better today, yesterday I was afraid I was going to go def because it hurt so badly. :smad: Serena I am taking antibiotic, and I'm pretty sure you are right about all the swimming that gave me the ear infections. It happens to me almost every single summer. DANG. Thanks again guys. You made me feel a lot better with your positive messages :D

What am I doing right now?
I woke up about an hour ago, it's almost 3:30 now, going to go fix myself some breakfest (french toast probably) even though it's almost supper time. :D

Not much laughing in my home. I am sorry, I should have not mentioned it. Forget I said anything. The last thing I want is people feeling sorry for me.

Well, you'll probably be surprised to know that.
I'm not as much into cakes and bakery as into cauliflower :D
And honestly,I'm not into cooking that much at all.Well,I love to do that once at a time. And I usually add lots of spice to my food.
I used to be a regular TV-watcher in the past but something happened to me later and now I only turn it on to see some sport events.Especially I like soccer. But out of all Olympic events now most of I'd like to see it and what's weird they don't show it at all and so I have to see just about everything they get to broadcast for us.And most of all it's swimming.Well, some judo too of course.Oops,I'm going off topic, that belongs in the Olympics thread, right?:D
Oh right,I have to admit that my biggest addiction is music.I listen to it just about everywhere I go.Either it's playing at work,in the bus,in the stores, and of course at home where I can choose that music I like the most.
And I've been becoming a musician for years now.Still haven't learned to play a guitar though.
