Plot:
A hard-hitting, action-packed film starring Steven Seagal at his best! CIA Agent, Jonathan Cold (Steven Seagal) is working as an undercover agent to undermine arms dealers, who want to sell a nuclear bomb to an eastern European terrorist group.
