Compare Aikido steven Seagal techniques and daito-ryu techniques

Isa Marie, What exactly do you agree with? Do you agree that the aikikai instructors have different flavours of aikido? Do you agree that as different as they may be, they are still similar compared to the clips of Daito Ryu instructors? What?

I respect so much Aikikai Instructors and I was some time(I should like..."few" years", LOL) under their guidance. Were just great times and I am grateful for this, however I respect others instructors in their ways, but...you and Daito know what I mean. We all know about someone that we praise so much..is "the" master of art and just has his "special and personal" flavour !!?? eh? just letting the "art" around the world too confused !! ok..but he is great, is the best !!and we accept !!(for love)

ok...but..."seems" that you both (that I respect so much, no doubts), don't know just about "martial arts", but "fights" in general, because this thread just is getting boring. "Seems" again LOL...that just you both is right in "own personal way", of course! ...I fear you both meet in person!! LOL. Is what I would call the "a very flavoured kind of martial art" ! LOL

And... Aikilove....I won't answer your question just because what this wonderful couple wants, "seems"...is just to keep this "fight" going on. And "seems" again...that this thread looks like a "tatame" for any "competition fight" and Aikido isn't it!!

If we really should pay attention and read carefully this thread since first page...we would be tired, like when we finish the practice at Dojo !! LOL

BTW...Yes, I keep seeing the "differences"

I wouldn't want to prosume to know anything about Kensho Ryu Kempo.
My best bet is to find out about aikido through the information sites www.aikidojournal.com (they have some free clips) www.aikiweb.com (alot of info) and www.aikidofaq.com then judge for yourself if it is something you want to do.
