To each his own!

Everybody in the world have a destiny to fullfill regardless of what path they take there is a purpose behind. In my opinion my goal is not to solve the mystery of life, I am here to live it, I have meet many sages that spoke about this oneness for now its only an idea or a vision that I have my goal is to be present as best as I can through meditation and speak whatever is needed in the moments without editing. There is only one Absolute Truth that underlines everything in this universe and words still falls short of it, many people call it by different names and they are only right in thier experience and understanding of it. In Zen they call it the space between the bars that Holds the Tiger. It is the Space between Thoughts. But its still relative :)

And ... there is no duality for the Truth :)
It is said we create our own heaven or hell in the here and now. What we exist in here, in this living world, is the station we will exist in there - sans the physical and mental bodies. If the "form" is discarded before the death of it, and one merges into that Absolute Truth, then when death comes, there is no death. "To die before death". When the form falls away, only Spirit remains. Duality and separation cease to exist. The striving towards Nirvana - Truth - is our only task. All else is form.
Peace

Well...if you are different from your divinity and need to unite with it (meaning that you are not united now) then that is duality. Maybe the only way to unite it's not only to shed the self but the God idea also. Then that'd absolute...

There is absolute and relative truth. The fact that we are talking about it means that we are are still at a relative level.

If you are different from your divinity and need to unite with it (meaning that you are not united now) then that is duality. Maybe the only way to unite it's not only to shed the self but the God idea also. Then that'd be absolute...

"Form Is emptiness; emptiness is form."

Wayne,

I hope this meeting comes soon for you, as it is so important in your life.
Gods are sentient beings to me and in my view they are themselves in need of liberation. They are only samsaric beings of another realm.

The Exalted Realms is where one could consider Gods as sentient beings who are in need of liberation for it is easy to get caught up in the experience of the celestial Realms. In the Ishaya tradition that would be the second stage of Enlightenment. Surrender and Innocence are two most important choices to make as one evolved in higher states of consciousness.

I believe in GOD, i have a strong faith, but a question that im asking myself always, is: How does the Evolution-Theory fits in the Faith of Jesus Christ. How do other Believers explain that? I personally haven't got a theory on that, but i think that some things are wrong with the Evolution-Theory :)

If you call the absolute God... you limit the experience. The absolute can manifest as anything, but anything cannot manifest as the absolute.
Different paths have different aproaches. And according to Buddha there are no stages when it comes to Enlightenment. You are either enlightened or you are not. There are however stages in realization.

There is no path at all, as there is no beginning and no end this is only True In the stillness of the Ascendant/Absolute. The Ascendant/Absolute is not still when universal mind plays in the Ascendant/Absolute, when Consciousness/God is conscious it is the Ascendant/Absolute in motion. Here is created unlimited possibilities in beginnings and endings, in pathways and in manifestations of perceptions and of lifes.

I agree that there are actually no stages in enlightenment for I once thought that Unity with the Absolute is the highest but that is limiting or containing the Infinite for even after Unity there is Brahman or Krishna Consciousness again they are only words put in place for the experience but like again always falls short. It is a continual evolution of the soul. Expansion of conscious awareness is eternal and lives beyond the physical restraints of beliefs but does not deny creation and all of its qualities. The qualities are the byproduct of free will.

There is the knower/Observer, the Known/the Observed and the process of knowing/the process of observing. They are not 3 or separated for once you are the Absolute they are all one. ALL TRUE teachings ultimately point the finger back at your own heart. In your Teachings do you meditate on the OM?

Latino It could be that God laws go against the natural flow of existence. Just a thought.
I believe that is because of sin. No one wants laws when they want to do what they want to do. Be a salmon and go against the flow....but don't be surprised if there is a hungry big brown bear on the river bank! :D

You are not an aggitator Pur. Maybe an instigator...;) :D Just kidding!

I do hope I can instigate some different thoughts or new perspective about some things or anything. I truly believe in survival of the fittest and I believe it plays out in our world today and has for eons. No matter your beliefs. Be aware. Be strong.

I'll give you a new perspective...

What if you believed God to be a certain way, and in the end it turns out to be that God was that person which you found so annoying?

Misionaries HAVE died trying to share their faith in countries where there is no faith in any god. I just saw a commercial for a movie that was based on a true story, where some misionaries where killed. The natives to the country in the movie looked like they were from the jungle where outsiders very seldom go.

I will get back to you on the title of the movie.....
Pur, that movie I mentioned is "THE END OF THE SPEAR." It is talked about in the Billy Graham magazine, Decision Magazine Jan. 2006.

It is about missionaries who went to the jungle sandbar in Equador on Jan 8, 1956.

I just have a question...Where they invited there? Did the savages request them to go there and teach them?

The articles said they had contact with the people. They lowered gifts to the tribe and the tribe started sending some gifts back. That went on for 13 weeks.

A girl had ran away from the tribe because they were killing each other over the women because they were in short supply. The tribe was killing themselves into extinction.
She failed to tell the missionaries that. So when five men set out to meet the tribe the tribe decided to kill the foriegners. Maybe because they were men. I don't know. I haven't seen the movie yet.
