Dolph Lundgren is now in China filming his new Movie DIAMOND DOGS. Lets hope it turns out great like his previous films DIRECT ACTION, THE DEFENDER and THE MECHANIK.

Here is the Plot Summary:

A handful of travelers, led by ex-American soldier Xander Ronson, find themselves transporting a priceless Buddhist Tangka through dangerous, remote Mongolia. One by one, they mysteriously die, each in a totally different yet strangely appropriate way. Who - or what - is behind the murders? The Tangka has great spiritual value to the locals - yet, being covered in diamonds and woven with gold and silver thread - just as great material value, particularly to ex-Russian Colonel Zhukov and his gang of ruthless mercenaries. And where does Lassiter, dealer in priceless stolen objets d'art, fit into the mix...?

Six are left... then 5, 4 - each dying despite mounting precautions. Escalating mistrust and paranoia run rampant. Facades and lies are peeled away, leaving, in the end, only the last twist, the key to the riddle of it all.

The action climaxes in an explosive final showdown between Ronson and Zhukov, with the fate of the priceless artifact - and both men's lives - hanging in the balance...

Thanks for the pics ...i must admit i havent seen many of Dolph's movies i did like 'Universal Soldier'...the storyline of this movie sounds good..

Looks interesting. Dolph has certainly impressed me as of late with The Defender and The Russian Specialist. I will be seeing Diamond Dogs when it comes out.

I love Pentathlon, a little seen gem from 1994 directed by the late Bruce Malmuth, who also directed Seagal in Hard to Kill (1990).

I too have been impressed by Lundgren's recent efforts and look forward to this one.

Wow Dolph with short hair almost bald, that looks different, but it looks with him!

And my short favorite movie list is:

Universal Soldier

As you can see I haven't seen a lot of films of Dolph, but Blackjack was VERY VERY good movie! He and the little girl where acting very good in this movie!

For Dolph lovers the news gets even better. The sequel, Tumbling Dice will be directed by the man himself mr Dolph Lundgren. Starts filming in Shanghai in late Jan/early Feb.

DD by the way has a nearly all Chinese crew, including the fight choreographer and stunt guys (meaning insane stunts I hope). Also the cinematographer is the man responsible for House of Flying Daggers (for which he got an Oscar nomination). The Chinese production company are the guys behind Kung Fu Hustle 1 and 2, Fearless, THe Myth and John Woo's upcoming Battle Of The Red Cliff. These two films promise to be Lundgren's best ones! They could really make a killing on DVD too.

49 yet!!!Yes,he was born the 3 November of 1957.

He is really in shape, very healthy.I didn´t know he was almost 12 years younger than Stallone...

I would like to see Dolph at the Sly age...Then Sly will be 73!!!

Oh man, the time flies!!!I remember watching Rocky IV in the theatres when I was a kid
