Hey all my peeps in the States....if you are suffering from insomnia tonight, or just a night owl anyway, Out of Reach is on USA network at 2:00am......

Hi girl UNDER SEIGE 2 is on tonight have get my self all ready ..make an nice hot milo and some sao biscuits with vegemite ...get out my snuggy and my slippers and settlr down onto the steven zone
maybe i channel him to be next to me while watching the movie he says he doesnt like watching him self ..thats ok he can focus on me and keep his hands to him self though..

OMG...I watched it too...I was awake with a screaming migriane...but his voice is so Zen and soothing.....(sigh)

(Just had to mute it when the ass kicking and gun fights went on...NOT conducive to the healing of a migraine all those flashing lights and bangs and booms)

Poor Barbara you are in the wars eh girl...i just get normal head aches and there bad enough i hope you get rid of it soon.. heard an good song today from an aussie singer called Jessica Mauboy the song is called 'Inescapable'
an song that Steven should listen to you can download it from her website ..umm then he will know that no way will he be rid of us girls here ....great song ...

Thank you hon...this has been my longest bout of dealing with a migraine that comes and goes like this....very strange.....it came back with a vengance last night, but then it was gone this am...(fingers crossed that it STAYS gone)

Have you tried Vinegar on brown paper, and then place in on your forehead for a half and hour? There's also a pressure point between you forefinger and your thumb. There is a depression in between these two digits (it's completely soft tissue). Use your forefinger and thumb from your left hand and bring this area together like your finger and thumb are going to touch, but rember you are suppose to bring it together so that you feel it (but not painful). Try to release any other tension in your body you may have during this time. That sometimes helps me....

Believe me I know how it is when Steven is on TV nad you have a migraine....you have to mute the loud parts. I feel for ya Barbara I have bad migraines too. What helps me is Excedrin for Migraines, it does help in about an hour. The you just turn off all the lights and noises around you and have sweet dreams of our Steven and before you know it it will be gone.

oh steven doesnt even have to be on TV to give one an head ache...trying to work him out sometimes gives you one and i no like...he is an pain in the butt ...

I love Excedrin Migraine too hon, but I can't take any NSAIDS Asprin, Motrin, Naproxen, or my beloved Advil....as BarbaraAnn went and developed a 4cm ulcer due to NSAID use...now...between you and I...if the migriane gets that bad...I WILL take the Advil or Excedrin with a Prevacid and hope for the best...because it SURE beats having to go to the ER with a bangin migriane...(which I have had to do in the past

I have 2 posters of Steven hanging in my bedroom...so I do my Seagal Guided Imagery as well

Steven could do that "sleeper hold" move on me...and when I regain conciousness...he can say "Still have a headache?" and if I say "Yes"...he can knock me out until it goes away......LOL

Actually, his acupunture would be wonderful....I know I should go be seen when it gets bad....
