wouldn't this old world be better
if the folks we meet would say:
I know something good about you,
and then treat us just way!

Wouldn't it be fine and dandy,
if each hand-clasp warm and true,
carried with it this assurance
i know something good about you!

Wouldn't things here be more pleasant
if the good that's in us all,
were the only thing about us,
that folks bothered to recall!

Wouldn't life be lots more happy
if we'd praise the good we see!
For there's such a lot of goodness
in the worst of you and me.

Wouldn't it be nice to practice
this fine way of thinking too:
You know something good about me,
i know something good about you!

Baked Chicken with Garlic & Lemon Potatoes.

That sounds delicious ORANGATUANG. Here is a similar recipie that I use.

4 chicken quarters or chicken drumsticks & thighs
1 lemon
2-3 cloves of garlic
2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
salt & pepper
2-3 tbsp olive oil & a little butter
4 medium or large potatoes

Heat oven to 200˚C. Peel and cut potatoes into thick slices. Smear roasting tin with butter and lay potatoes in a single layer. Season with salt & pepper. Cut half the lemon into thin slices, cut them in half and lay over the potatoes. Peel and finely slice the garlic and strip the leaves from the rosemary and scatter both over the potatoes. Pour over a little water.

Lay the chicken pieces skin side down over the potatoes. Squeeze the juice from the other half of the lemon over the chicken. Drizzle with oil and season. Bake in the oven for an hour and then turn the chicken. Spoon the pan juices over the chicken and season again. Turn the oven down to 190˚C and cook for another half hour.

Take out the lemon pieces when you serve. This tastes good with a green vegetable like broccoli.
