Trailer was promising !!! I bet this film will be much better than Ticker or Out of Reach. Question is How much Better ???!!! I Hope we will see Today You Die review soon.

How good can the movie be when it's production values are so low that they're taking action scenes from other movies??????? Not even the cheap and nasty Out for A Kill sunk that low.

I know ther are people who are raving over this trailer, and hopefully these inserted scenes are just in the trailer, but it ain't looking good. Doesn't it bug you fans out there that Seagal keeps making these sub par, low budget flicks that have other scenes stitched into them? And spare me the "Seagal has nothing to do with it" line because he is one of the producers of this film.

Yeah im tired of it, I wonder what the guy is thinking sometimes..."He walks like a blackman breathes like a killer," that is so bad.....
Seagal in his action scenes like Nick said he has his back turned or its still so close and at lightspeed its just hard to tell.

wel i don't understand it here eny more you are all big fans of steven but what i read here is sometimes breacking him down instead of posting opinions
i'm alway's come here because i love it here and i'm i very big fan of steven seagal i try to do what he even do's because i'm very iell some members nows that
but if it keeps going that way here i 'm thinking to fine another place to look for
i looks more that it is all bay steven wel lit me tel ye something it is not even steven have to fallow the rules by produsers ore something :mad:
but he try to make the best of it

i dunno bout that seagaljr, I think for a fansite we are a good crowd because most other fan sites are almost painstakingly non realistic, meaning they are not even ALLOWED to see there favorite dude in a critical way, so all u get is more of the he is the best, i love him because boring stuff, no counter productivity from the members its gets really bland. Speanking of bland...never mind.

trailer looks nice, hate the dubbing and the use of old material.
But then again, it's his own fault they used old material...

We can't expect miracles. Seagal's latest movies have been substandard in my opinion, but I will reserve judgement on this movie until I have seen it. The trailer makes the film look good, but so did the trailers for all of his other recent movies, the majority of which I have not enjoyed as much as his earlier work.

steven is doing the best he can in the movies but he must follow the rules so thats not the fould of him even if the movies ore no more like undersiege ore the first movies remember the old days but he is stil i good acter

People need to relax. Let's not start threatening each other. I know Glimmer quite well and he has never sad anything racist or terrible about another culture. That's not his style.

What seagaljr Sad As Far As I Could Read Is:

-Steven is doing the best he can.

-But he must follow the rules of the Film(Not everything is in his grasp – Control etc).

-Even if his movies are not as good as Under Siege he is still a good actor.

He is making movies to survive and that is understandable. Although I think he is quite wealthy already to afford retirement unless of course his style is as lavish as some people here predict. That doesn't mean I would like him to retire. Of course not. But he is getting older and cannot be doing this forever. I am just hopping like Glimmer he will put out one truly worthy and overwhelming effort.

In his earlier films the reason he had more control was because he was usually the Fight Choreographer. Is that what you meant? Control over Action Sequences that is. Now days he is Producing every single Film he is in and Producers are truly the driving force behind films. They have majority of the power. Most people never realize this. So I cannot say he doesn't have any control over his latest films. I would say he is indeed quite in control. And after all he is the one that accepts and declines these Scripts. He can always hold off until an above the usual standard one comes along.

Seagal has charisma on screen. Therefore he looks extremely good on screen. He belongs there in my opinion. Good Actor? Well Patriot proved he was capable of acting and not the typical one liners. But I have to disagree for now. Until I see a real Drama I will hold of my judgment.

Let's all relax and calm down. Glimmer didn't mean any harm. And if someone here just wants to start causing trouble know this. I will always come to Glimmer's defense.
