    I am kinda swamped with a bunch of other things these days, though, so it will have to wait.

    In answer to your question how is it that I fainted in the first ten minutes of starting Tai chi, the answer is very simple, i'm very unfit, and fainted with the tension of trying to coordinate my body a certain way. I held on to my breath for too long, then started breathing too quickly and started hyperventilating, it's all due to my total unfitness. i gave up and am trying to do pilates and stretching, light florr esxercises that are a bit like yoga.

    Since you live in England, do you ever have any frineds visit, who are Irish? If so and you ever want any good Irish Recipes for when you invite them over for dinner, let me know. I have an Irish cook book, and can PM some recipes, to you. I also have many other International cook books, if you need any good recipes from them, for the same reason; Just let me know, okay? I wil be happy to help, in that way.

    Seems like I am always about to go to bed, when I see you on here...LOL! I will chat for a few but have to go to bed, soon because I need SOME Sleep..LOL! Played a lot with my children outside, today, and walked a lot for exercise & worked some on my Tiakwando kicks for exercise....
