I was spared the laser and he used a scalpel(ouch).I have not mentioned this before as i didn't want to moan but i have,in fact been unable to talk fully since Dec,just a strained voice,sometimes not audible. That is why i went in. He has removed the blockage so now i can. It's a real relief to have back what we all take for granted. Of course the keyboard format meant it didn't matter here. I have played down how damaged my throat was because of a ventilator and unfortunate negligence by the very people who are supposed to look after you but it caught up with me and surgery was my only choice. I'm much improved now.
There will be more ops and tribulations in future to sort this out for good but for now i'm happy,and very glad to see you all missed me. I missed you too! Hearts as big as Mr Big of Big St,Bigville i say

Oh, I'm so glad everything went well! As you can see, it was a bit of a disaster around here - holes worn in the floor from pacing, scratch marks on the walls from people climbing them, plants dying all over the place.
Three cheers for the doctor for doing a good job and taking care of Storm properly!
