Maximum Conviction

What are U talking about? Seagal didn't work with big names? He was face to face with Tommy Lee Jones in Under Siege and worked with Kurt Russell in Executive Decision.

I'm in my 30's......

And as far as the MaxCon cover goes.....I am actually not feeling the fact that a gun is covering 3/4 of his face.....

Us broads...we want to SEE him....
I'm 46 yrs old and I would have liked to see his face but I'll take it the way it is. I'm just glad he's still making movies.:)

It dosent matter if he is working with big names or not. As long as he makes good movies, and he dosent need big names for that :)

I think in recent years Seagal's films have slowly started to improve. I think it all started with Renegade Justice. Obvious other classics like Belly of The Beast & Into the Sun were great films also but they were followed up by sum pretty crappy films ( but I still own them :D ) and since Renegade (or Urban if your American) Justice Seagal's films have improved. Pistol Whipped was very good as was Driven to Kill and then The Keeper and then he earned himself even more fans by starring in the hugely popular reality show LAWMAN then he starred in a film I believed deserved a cinema release: A DANGEROUS MAN and then he even appeared in the Biggest (forget A Team & Expendables) Action Film of 2010 in MACHETE! And then went on to star in BORN TO RAISE HELL (which I liked :) although many did not) and then he starred in another huge hit in tv series: TRUE JUSTICE ( which is receiving a second series :D ) and now MAXIMUM CONVICTION and also with talks of an UNDER SIEGE reboot (Seagal don't have to be the lead maybe just a cameo (maybe Casey Ryback's son??????) just as long as he is in the film coz Seagal works his arse off for the fans) Either way I think it's safe to say that Steven Seagal's Comeback is drawing closer and closer :):p:D:cook:

Steven Seagal is begging studio bosses to make a third Under Siege movie - insisting he would "give anything" to return to the action franchise.
The 57-year-old star last won over audiences as a U.S. Navy Seal in 1995'sUnder Siege 2: Dark Territory.
The martial arts expert has since dedicated much of his time to working as a deputy sheriff near his home in Louisiana - but he admits he'd be tempted back to Hollywood by the right offer.
Seagal says, "Under Siege 3? Everybody wants to see a sequel, including me. I would give anything to make that."

Hopefully, Steven still stands for US3. This is an article from December 2009.

By the way, if US3 would be done, I would like to see Seagal as the main character again, no cameo only. He could join his son to fight bad guys, but no cameo only! I think that Statham would be cool as his son, and Mel Gibson as the bad guy. All these men would deserve another chance by Warner Bros. Plus, I am convinced that they would manage to earn big money with some promotion...

I agree with you about Seagal should be the lead that was just an idea about him playing at least a cameo (just so long as he is involved I'll be happy) I like the idea of Mel Gibson playing a bad guy but I'm not too sure about Statham as his son. Statham (in my opinion) is one of many reasons that the 80's action stars (E.G: Dolph Lundgren, Jean Claude Van Damme & Steven Seagal (3 top action heroes forced to DTV Films) men who would perform most of the stunts themselves are being looked over for fresh faced pretty boys!!!
I just pray we hear something soon about Under Siege before Seagal is too old. (I'd be happy even if it's a DTV or limited theatrical release :) Just so long as we FINALLY get a trilogy at last :D )

And by the way this topict thread is NOT about Under Siege 3, its about Maximum Conviction. So make a Under Siege 3 thread and talk about it there.

We waited a LOOOOOOOOOONG time for Born to Raise Hell...so, let's hope Maximum Conviction doesn't take too long....but STEVEN, let's be crystal f*cking clear on this...if it is going to take longer to be released so that we may hear YOUR VOICE throughout the ENTIRE film...then by all means, take all the post production time you need.
Come to RI...I have a guy here with a studio, he can tape your lines for you...then we can take you to the Foxy Lady strip club in Providence....lol

Seriously, tho...don't rush Maximum Conviction movie out with bad voice overs...we would rather hear YOU Steven

Lauro chatrand said sometime in the summer maybe the end of may or june.
:D :D :D Only for your information, summer begins on 21st of June, which means no May and probably also no June release. :D I am convinced that Maximum Conviction won't be released before August. My bet is September. :peace:

Cant wait to see the trailer for Maximum Conviction. I just hope Seagal will have enough screentime in the film.
