I never heard anything about a ghengis khan film except reports that steven said he wanted to do one. and a jimi hendrix movie. Do you have the article about this, tora?

tora

Funmaker
There were some.I may find it hard to find them but some time back then we had them here in the news section.Couldn't find them any more but back then I tell you it was an issue...Speculating about speculating about a possible speculation, you'd say?

This actually isn't as funny as I thought it was going to be...

LOL Tora, and I thought you didn't know that I knew you know I knew what you we knew when I knew you said about speculating on the issue we discussed or you discussed...

haha yes. Well im surprised plans got that far on a "ghengis khan" film. Obviously, Steven is concentrating on making "Into the Sun" and not that movie. Which to be honest, I am happy about. "Ghengis Khan" would have been a little strange, I like Seagal doing different movies, but thats just way out there.... I am excited for "Submerged", its a different location where Steven has not been in, and hopefully it will be fresh and action-packed with an intriguing storyline.

Hope that movie does not hurt his career..

Again with this littledragon. Please explain why "submerged" will hurt his career. What do you mean "hurt"? It looks interesting and different which is more than can be said for "The Foreigner, Out for a Kill, or Belly of the beast". Zombies is a different kind of villian for Seagal, and its not like the fans are gonna abandon him because we dont like that style of movie.

I Belong To Steven
I'll never abandon him, nor will I presume something is going to be bad before it's even begun...The ones that comdemn him, especially the critics are so narrow minded it's just ridiculous...I will wait to see the film, not make assumptions...Steven is sooooo smart, and no matter how it turns out there will be many good things happening, there always are...I am a fan for life, and I will never, never degrade his work...

I agree. I think "Submerged" has some real possibilites. I mean there is a chance it could be cheesy, sure. But look at that new movie "Dawn of the Dead". It was unbelievably popular, and it had zombies and was a little cheesy, but i enjoyed it. I think "Submerged" maybe the fresh thing Steven has been looking for to try and get into theatres. I think it should be interesting to see Steven take down a group of mutant zombies. They could call this one "Deep Under Siege" or "Just Past Dead".

Dudes, don't you think it's gonna be Seagal called a zombie afterwards? I mean those tabloids...zombies,I mean  :D

haha thank you serena!

Well Tora, he takes that risk with all his movie titles. Just look at Belly of the Beast, and "Out of Reach". But we as fans know better then to pay attention to that stuff anyway.

And I didn't say that we didn't know it.I only said that those who don't know it are zombies...Hey there-wake up!:D

This film will have something to do with Nu Image, right? No film by Nu Image has ever gotten a theatrical release thus far.
