Tabloids are very disturbing

Innocent until proven guilty - that is the law. Many stars have been tried in the media, tabloids and other sleazy magazines and ended up having to pay out because of that. Why can we not just wait for the "complaint" to be reported, the trial (if any) in a court of law, and the verdict before coming to any conclusion. As usual, Marky is stirring and many of you are biting his bait.

Well he and his followers are going to love this then huh girl..i heard from Joe this afternoon and this is what Joe said: Steven is fine ..The accuser made an bunch of wild accusations that she isnt really willing to offer proof of ..If those things happened i dont know why she wouldnt go to the police or why her lawyer wouldnt want her going to the police..These type of things are filed to get money pure and simple iam sure it will all come out in the end.. NOW if any one should know Steven its Joe they have been friends for years iam just glad Steven is handling it ..thats it iam done with this now (giving me an head ache) any way it will be done and dusted soon..

Well Seagal and his people, some of whom are implicated in this lawsuit, are bound to say he is innocent now aren't they, doesn't mean that he is though does it?

You will find a lot of double standards round here I'm afraid.

Actually, not so. Much of the back and forth on the subject has been left alone. Where comments have been deleted, responses to those comments, when found, are also deleted.

Just as there is someone who believes in Steven's guilt and defends him passionately is no reason to delete their comments, there is also no reason to delete comments espousing a belief that Steven is guilty, except when those commenting make potentially actionable statements that could result in legal action being taken against this website.

I said it before, and I will say it again.

Keep it clean.

One might say that their comments are only 'cheeky' while the person being described by those comments might consider those comments actionable. And that is something none of the moderators here will permit.
