HI Sue! Just stopped by a minute before taking a nap. I am so exhausted....didn't get much sleep, as usual. Dr. Gedalia and the endocrinologist my son may have to start seeing, is running more test. They ordered more blood work on my son, to test him for SLE lupus again, and to test for Hypothyroidism...the elevated TSH and T3 & T4 have to do with a hormone released by the petuatary gland in the brain....the doctor said it was very odd that both the T3 and the TSH was elevated.... He said usually if the T3 is abnormally High/elevated, then the TSH is abnormally Low, not both elevated....That concerns me but don't know what it means. Now I don't know anything more, until his next appointment ...All this waiting is starting to get to me.... I am trying to be patient. It's just that if something is wrong, I want to know before it is too late, for ASAP interventive measures, to be taken...to prevent anything worse from happening.... Well I hope you are doing well today. Been missing all of you but have been very busy...
