    Old Seagal movie articles

Thought you guys may want to have a look over these articles if they haven't been posted before, they include the rumoured assault on the set of Exit Wounds and a cute story about The Master buying toys for a young girl on the set of Fire Down Below after her house burned down...

    New movies or doctored photos?

Well doctored photos by the looks of it but I found these three on a website from a good while ago. The Double amused me when I first saw it, looks like Double Impact but with Steve instead of the Muscles from Brussels. www.turboman.nl/ seagal-news.html

Out For a Kill and Belly of the Beast reviews

I'm not too sure if this one's been on here before but he it is, side-by-side reviews of his latest film and really on-the-button concerning the wrongs of Out For a Kill and all the rights about Belly of the Beast. It reminded me of the part in the shootout where he dives out of the train and...

    Seagal's daughter in The Patriot

I never knew this but just discovered Seagal's real-life daughter is in The Patriot, she's credited as his assistant in the film. Does anyone know which scene she appears in? Is it the person early on who tells him he has a phone call when he's in his doctor's office?

Steven getting beaten up in movies

A lot of people make fun out of the fact Seagal rarely lets anyone even touch much less hurt him in a movie. But I think he does quite a lot, does anyone know of any others besides these? NICO/ABOVE THE LAW - at the end he gets tied up, drugged and beaten HARD TO KILL - he gets shot and...

Belly of the Beast gender play

I'd just like to confess that when I saw the original Belly of the Beast trailer I thought the girl in the shot where she drives past in the car looking out of the window was hot, that is until I discovered she was a guy! I feel somewhat violated sharing this information but hey we all make...

Why Out For a Kill is so bad

I'm sat watching Out For a Kill as we speak and Steven is so much better than this film, the director and editors really made a mess of what could have been a great bone-crushing epic. Here's just a few of the bits that make me cringe and yearn for Seagal making films with better directors like...

    Steven's official website

Does anyone know what happened to Steven's official website? It doesn't even seem to exist anymore, or maybe my computer just won't let me onto it for some reason. It's a shame if it's gone because back in its heyday it looked great and, being his official website, was a good read.

    Top ten Seagal fight scenes.

I hate to fall back on the good old 'top ten' hokum but what are everyone's top ten fight scenes with Seagal? Mine from very best to best are: 1) Marked For Death (jewellery store) 2) Out For A Kill (sword-fighting monks) 3) On Deadly Ground (bar brawl) 4) Out For Justice (butcher shop)...

    Seagal and America

Does anyone know why Seagal never seems to film in America anymore? I know Van Damme never does anymore through fear of being sued (he actually was sued when he accidentally gouged a stuntman's eye during Cyborg) but Seagal hasn't since Exit Wounds either. The Foreigner and Out For a Kill were...

    Seagal goofs in films.

Sorry to keep the movie mistakes thing going, I love The Master's films as much as the next person as I'm sure the regulars on here know but here's a few more that I recently spotted: THE FOREIGNER - there aren't too many in this one I've seen but in the scene where Seagal first assaults the...

Seagal quiz: how many people have been in more than one Seagal film?

Just a fun thread for all Seagal trivia fans, not including The Master himself of course, who can name the most people who have starred in more than one Seagal film? I can name eleven but maybe someone out there can think of more than that, a word of warning though some of my eleven are not...

    Nico mistake

Going on from a thread I remember a while back which concerned mistakes in Seagal movies, I just found a little one in Nico/Above the Law that I never noticed before. In the scene towards the end where he goes into the garage with Fox at gun-point just before Nico gives his speech about the CIA...

Steven's films being cut in the UK

Hi everyone, UK fans have had a really rough time with their heroes films, all of his earlier films were cut here in the UK and his latest ones probably aren't just because they're not as graphically violent. Here's a run-down of the cuts made: NICO/ABOVE THE LAW (15s) - cuts to Seagal...

    Rare Seagal artwork

Last week I found some rare artwork for The Foreigner, similarly here are two examples of Japanese artwork for both Exit Wounds and Ticker. I particularly like the fomer as it uses that great shot of Seagal's chain-wrapped fist flying toward the camera!
