Nobody could express my feelings as well as you d:confused:h... How I feel the same...

I know that I´m very passionate, extremist a lot of times: black or white, you know? And even sometimes when I´m upset, really angry or ¨grumpy¨ with thick comments I could fall and to be a ****ing rude guy, but I feel love for the cinema, the acting, the charisma of the actors, the music, and for me the only way to enjoy the art is the passion...And I hate...bah!Anyway...

I think everybody smart understand me

Thanks Suzi for your posts and comments, you´re always the cool well-balanced person/fan of this site.

Thanks and always all the best, honey.Take care

exactly you are right and please add "blade" too in your list. These are very bad zombies i have ever seen. Too bad special effects. I thought they added some pieces from the other zombies movies. Bad movie after "ticker".. Very bad and low budget bulgarian production again.. Pöh !!

Take care

Was it Steven Seagal movie? I think NO !!

I agree with you Nomis..

He was like a special guest star I guess.. It was simple and primitive production too..

It could have been better.

My point is (For Steven Seagal ):5 out of 10
My point is for horror movie:1 out of 10

sorry..

suzi

Wow 3 posts for 1 message.

I think Attack Force is worse, ATD has a watchable story, AF not.

But everybody has his own opinion. :)

I personally say that the movie had a rather ineteresting twist to it. I find the cover to be just an attention grabber to making people think "Oh steven seagal must be the main character" then they grab it and find out that they rarely show him. But the shing noises to his sword grabbed my attention everytime I looked away. He is rather quick with his blades, but I personally like the hand to hand fight scenes in his other movies. But this one didnt bore me it just wasnt well thought through before being put together. If you understand it from my point of view. ^^

My granddaughter was in Against the Dark (young girl) as she was in Shadowman as Steven's daughter. I thought the movie was very gory with no appreciable plot or story. I suppose, if one is into gore and people eating people, it was an o.k. film. It would appear that Steven is dropping his standards for decent action films. Too bad!

I totally agree with the person who said
"I love Steven ...but can't abide with this movie..it's crap!"
I'm not into analysis, paralysis of the movie, but wonder how could Steven Seagal allow himself to be used by the producers of such a garbage movie?
I mean the only redeeming feature of the movie is the part where Steven uses his Swordsmanship to lop off the vampires heads, as well as some shots of his martial Arts techniques.
I had to laugh when one guy in the movie asks Steven his name and he responds:-
"My name is Tao."
I'm also confused, is this supposed to be a comedy, satire or horror genre?
Surely it's not a serious movie representing any of these genres?
I was relieved to watch the "Making Of Against the Dark,"
the man who makes the horror gory shots of all the blood and guts, the intestines flying out of bodies etc,and heads lop off, describes and shows he he used "foam" to accomplish his "art."
That was very interesting and quite laughable.
Otherwise, I don't think I'll ever watch this film again , unlike many others made by Steven.
I don't know nor understand what the objective was for Steven to appear in this movie.
I still love you Steven Seagal, for who you are and your image that you exude in real life, some of your past movies, but not this movie you appear in.
Love,
Halkush

He may not be in it much but it's much better than movies like Attack Force and Kill Switch which are just the pits. I'd rather have an okay movie co-starring Seagal than a really poor movie where he's the lead.

Question?
why is he doing such terrible movies at all?
Is he lending himself out for a reason?
surely his fans and professional critics have given him feedback about these terrible movies over the last couple of years.
Does he listen to constructive criticism at all?
After this last movie I think I'll just stick to listening to his music.
Love to all you faithful fans.

I think that if he is going to be in an movie its all the way none of this cameo stuff if any one should be bopped off its the other actors ..he should be the last man standing thats my oppinion any way ..

Against the Dark can be summed up in one observation.

In the closing credits Seagal is billed as 'Stephen' Seagal.

Not a terrible moviee? I boarders on the unwatchable.

I am an avid Seagal fan, but he is testing my patience with the pap he is involved with these days.

Ruslan and The Keeper are made under a different studio, and for what we have seen so far, they are looking mighty promissing.

So your patience can hopefully relax somewhere this month when Ruslan is released.

Not a bad movie? The movie was suppose to be about vampires. Instead is was all about flesh eating zombies. The wjole synosis was wrong. I give credit where credit is do, but for godsake please get the synopsis right. Now I see why it did not get to go on Blu-Rau and of course the budgetit cost to do that. Steven is still the mn, but I really did not play a major role and had very few scenes where he cut the so called vampires, or as I would have called them zombies. But we get whatever Steven can do to keep us happy.
