Hello to you all,

Some of you know that i have talked with that i have learnt Japanese to fluency, and now i am on the hunt for another language to learn, i was thinking some of you guys speak other languages or english is not your first language so can you share your languages with me as i want to test and see what languages i like or sound nice to my ear, i know french already so sorry if your french on here :( but any other language i am wide open to.

I have been having fun talking to lutje and using dutch i have been learning, this week lutje seems to understand what i say so that is a good start, im afraid i have got the language bug again, and this means trouble for me as what i normally do is get a dictionary and just learn words and words and WORDS!!.

Anyway, i am particularly intersted in asian languages madarin, korean if anyone speaks that on here to a fluent level or are korean or mandarin then that would be fantastic to let me know where to start in the right direction, but please again any language i would love to test out and use to see if i like it then i can check into the culture e.c.t as that is big with me and languages.

Sorry if this is a boring post i know i can babble on.

But anyhelp and getting to know what languages you guys speak on here would be very much appreciated.

Take Care Guys

Martin

Thank you for the responses so far, i have dabbled with german, so i can understand alot of written and spoken to a good level but i am not that keen of the actual sound so i dropped it, but still to this day i can understand written and spoken, but never use it, the culture is nice though but i need to tick all boxes with a language sorry.

Keep em coming!!!

I was trying to learn Polish but it feels like it tries to dislocate my jaw when I try to speak it. I wouldn't say it's one of the nicest sounding languages. Sorry I'm no help although I am fluent in twaddle. :D

Maybe you could learn Mermish or Gobbledegook Sandersmc!
(and if you don't get the references go read your Harry Potter books!)

Hi Martin,
I speak English, German, Russian and Hungarian. Last two ones are quite difficult ones. Mainly Hungarian, that is a unique language all over the world. Good luck to you, Cathleen

Ouch, why ouch?? I didn't mean to be mean. I was just kidding around. :(

I agree, Harry Potter rules!! Not to get way off topic here, but it sucks that they delayed the release of HP and the Half Blood Prince all the way until next summer.

Hey, maybe you could read the HP books in a different language to help you learn! My niece has read all seven in both English and French.
