I prefer to never lie. Especially since it is one of the ten commandments. If I don't really want to give the answer, and I do not want to lie, I just change the subject. If I have to answer, I am honest and just take my lumps. I do not like to lie or be lied too. Not a good way to have good relations with the people you come across in every day life.
