That's a very good question, Julie...
It's best never to lie, and never to start lying...
Because everyone will get caught eventually...
And it's not nice to assume people are dumb enough to believe such things...
Also, if I think someone is lying to me, I always like ask them to clarify the issue,
if it isn't too touchy a moment, because sometimes misunderstandings do happen...

If it's to save someone's feelings, I have a real problem being brutal...
It's easier once I know someone though, does that make sense?
I guess because you never know how someone will take something until you know them well...
I am the same way, I'd rather someone save my feelings than to just slap me in the face with the cold hard truth...
If that's so wrong then I guess I'm guilty as charged...
I don't aim to lie, I just try to avoid harm...

Even Steven has lied, we all know that...
Everyone has, and they do it on here everyday in fact...
But people can always redeem themselves, they can be good people, they just have to want to...
Lying is no way to do things, and I try never to lie, but like I said, in some cases to save feelings, or maybe to protect someone...

That's why I said sometimes you have to clarify things about a person to avoid a misunderstanding...
I always give someone the benefit of the doubt just in case...
