  • sorry, didn't see where you had to go. Guess I will chat with you later. I need some sleep now, anyway. I hope you have a Blessed Day!

    Love Your Sister, Stacey
They also have a formal & informal dinning room, formal & informal kitchen, ...... very nice, but I wouldn't want a house that big...actually they have 2 houses, in 2 states....I'll explaine that later, too....
You sound a good hostess. I've got to go now, things to do.
Have a good sleep Stacey. :)
I guess that is just the hostess in me, that I learned from my grandmother...I love to cook, and have friends over, but haven't done that but twice since I have been married to my husband, here....My grandfater is English and my grandmother is Chactaw, but they live like English Aristocrats
I don't have any Irish friends, thanks for the offer of recipes. I can't tell you how many cook books I have that I haven't used. I tend to stick to the same things that I know I've got the ingredients for and will turn out well especially if I have visitors.
I still feel sleepy today, wish I was heading for bed now.
You get off to sleep, it sounds like you need it. I'll catch up with you later maybe?
Hi Stacey It's morning here, just finished my breakfast (running a bit late this morning). How are you?
PS. Hi again, Halyna! I just came up with an idea, to do something special for your mother. When you get back home, ask her if she would love for you to cook an old fashion home cooked Traditional Russian meal, for her. If you do not think it will bring back bad memories, for her....Then ask her what are some of her favorit dishes. Then tell me and I will look them up in my Russian cook book, and PM the recipes to you. Okay? Maybe even invite some of her Russian friends over, and cook a meal for your Mom & her friends...like a "Just Becasue I Love You Mom, Dinner Party". What do you think?

Let me know, and I will be so happy to help. I Use to have surprise dinner parties for an English Client of mine, when I was in Home Health Care, and she loved it. It really encouraged her, a lot. I made up all my own recipes, made a guest list with her niece, served the guest and entertained the guest.... It was so joyful to do that. The only reason I am not in Home Health Care now, is because the shifts are too long and my children need me too much. 12 & 24 hour shifts are just too long, for me, now....

Hi Halyna! Yes, I have definately missed you on here! I had wondered what happend. You are SO Blessed to be able to go to Hong Kong! Have you learned how to speak any Mandarin Chinese, there? Way! Knee-How-Mah? That Is Hello, How are you, in Mandarin Chinese. If you understand the tones, then you can say it. I can type the phonetical spelling but don't know how to convey the tones, yet. The 5 tones they have for speaking words with, is what makes it so difficult for me to learn... If you understad a little about their languange, then you know exactly what I mean.

Did you get home sick, missing us Seagal Sisters on here? I know when ever I go to visit my family up in North Louisiana, at the end of July for my oldest daghters Birthday with my family, I will Miss Yall SO MUCH! I can bring my lap top with me, but I do not have internet services, on it. We only have internet services on our desk top computer. I will go through withdrawal, LOL!!! Seriously, I will miss yall, at the end of July, very much!

I hope you had a nice flight and are having fun, there. Wish I could travel like that. There are so many places I would love to see, and so many friends and people to visit, in other countries. Maybe one day. I would Love to visit Tibet, Hong Kong, Moscow Russia, Kavrov Russia, Regia Latvia, The Philipeans, Anchorage Alaska, The Somian Islands, Israel, Australia, Irland, and a few other places...

I am glad you understand my Russian. I did say, "Hello, How are you? I am doing very good, Thank you. I speak a little Russian, I only understad a little Russian." then in English said I wish I knew more....Then at the end, I said I Love You Sister- in Russian, and Good Night, and See You Later, in Russian.... I am glad you do understand some of my Russian.... I just wish I had the time, right now, to study more....one day....

I forgot to ask you, are the number characters and pronucation of those characters, the same in Hong Kong as they are in China & Tiawan (Mandarin Chinese Number characters)? I do know ALL the numbers (Read, Write & Say). That is the easiest.... e, r, sun, soo, oh, lee-o, chee, bah, joe, tsoo, tsoo-e, tsoo-r, tsoo-sun, tsoo-soo,..... I did know how to write my name in Mandarin Chinese, my frined from Bejing China wrote for me, but I can't find the book that they had written it down in, for me....

Will you be going to any festivals? I love the beautiful dresses the women wear to various festivals. The ones in Tibet, are extremely Beautiful, with so much hand mand artistic & colorful expression.... I wish I could sew and embrodiery as good as I do crochey...then I could make dresses like that, myself. I have pleanty of material, yarn, decorative button, etc....

What is your favorit food to eat, while in Hong Kong? I love to eat the Chinese steamed vegetables, various Chinese vegetable soups and baked fish with vegetables... I am mostly vegetarian, except for eating some fish & chicken.

Speaking of food, I collect internationl cook books. I have Yan-Kit's Classic Chinese Cook Book, The Essential Thai Cook Book, Please To The Table -The Russian Cook Book, The Little Guides Vegetarian Cook Book (with various international recipes), Oriental Cooking, Irish Country Cooking, The Lebenese Cook Book, The Greek Cook Book, Low-Fat Ways To Cook Fish & Shell Fish (with a collection of various international recipes), Corn Recipe From The Indians, The Art of American Indian Cooking, etc.....Have you ever heard of any of those cook books?

I Hope you have a fun trip and look forward to hearing all about it, when you get back.... Tell your Mom I said Yo Oh-Chin Lube-Lue Vahs! Okay, Halyna? Oh-Chin Spah-Cee-buh, Sis-trah!

    Love Always Your Sister, Eagle/Stacey
